DIY 7000 LB Camper Frame Dump Trailer Part 3, welding in the scissor hoist and crossmember.

Moving on with the dump trailer project and mounting the scissor hoist, something I've never done before. Nearly gave myself a concussion halfway through, but one step closer to having a working trailer.

Great advice, but I don’t think I did any cutting or grinding without glasses in this video. I very rarely do any cutting or grinding without them.

With all that work could've bought one I just picked up a 7x14 for $2500

I spent maybe a fifth of that, and mines built better than most commercial ones. And it works exactly how I want it to.
Plus at the end of the day I get to point at it and say “I made that.” Can’t buy that feeling.
