I had a Ball Animal 3 and ultimately returned it in favor of a shark model. My issues were that the hose/wand were annoying to use for quick pickups, the constructions felt overall cheap and plasticky, and the handle is noticeably shorter than most brands. As a tall person, it hurt my back to use. I can't deny that it did do a great job of cleaning carpets though.

I hope they're better than they were a few years ago. I'd heard so many great things about Dyson and I was so excited to get one. 10 minutes into using it I was to the point of tears. When I contacted Dyson they were rude. Thankfully Best Buy took it back and I bought a Shark which I'm still using. The Dyson that I'd bought was an animal big ball, horribly difficult to move and honestly the suction wasn't that great. When my daughter in law tried it she even hated it. She had a Dyson and said it was nothing like hers. Someday I want to try one again because I'm hoping they improved that model, but honestly the way their customer service treated me left me not wanting to support their business.

Hey ! I have this vacuum, I’ve since moved house & have lost the instructions. I took the extension part out to use and can’t get it back in the red hose 🙈 there’s a cap on the end of it that won’t slide into the tube directly as the old Dyson vacuums once did 🙈 help someone 🤣🙈

This is by far the worst vacuum I’ve ever used. It’s extremely heavy, making it difficult to maneuver, and changing the vacuum head is a real struggle. It caused me so much discomfort that my back now hurts.
