Get your resilience stat as high as possible and try to run builds that have high uptime on class buffs that give health regen like restoration, cure, and devour.
If its still the same as before, you can choose 1 of the champs to skip as long as the other 3 are killed. The first one is just the best to skip for fast runs on warlock.
