I’ve been a Honda fan since I was 16. Which was a long time ago. To me Honda lost their way for a few years which sent me to other makes. This- this ACCORD- is what brought me back to Honda. I drove a ‘17 Civic. And I felt that if it was this Honda-like I could only imagine how the Accord must feel. I had to have one! Honda is BACK!!! Take it from an older person who knew Hondas way back when!
I knew Honda when the first car came out in (I believe it was) '71. A 3 cyl little thing! They've come a long way since then! Just bought my first Honda, traded a Camry on it. Decided I wanted a 6-speed manual, no one drives them anymore. I'm loving it!
That’s awesome! I’m looking at the same model....however, I’ll be probably dealing with a Queens NY or Long Island dealership; unless something directs me elsewhere! 👍
Carlos Palacios i just purchased a new 2019 for 36k out the door and think they would of even taken less. It’s the same exact as the 2020 but they are willing to do better pricing.
@@ciarabrown6226 I greatly appreciated, I'm trying to get it for $32,000 no more than $33,000 OTD . Then I will apply $750.00 for loyalty discount and $500.00 for graduate discount.
The 4 wheel drive thing is useless for me. I live in the San Francisco Bay area. There is no snow and hasn't been since the 60s! I just bought a 2020 EX-L in Metallic Steel. This car is the bomb! As a guy who is 6'3" tall, this car is extremely comfortable and far more comfortable than my 2014 Accord Touring was.
@@732ajay I didn't want a manual do to the heavy traffic I'm in every day coming home from work, everyday and I mean everyday lol..I'd rather not be lowering gears and pushing in the clutch...don't get wrong I would love to have 1...I appreciate your reply...
I'm 6'2" and considering buying an Accord. My neighbor has on and just to check I moved the driver's seat all the way back then sat behind it. I couldn't believe the amount of leg and head room I had.
One more thing can you actually buy this in New York state where you can take advantage of the 4% sales tax over there the exception to it is that if you bought it within the five boroughs of New York where you're forced to pay 8.875% tax still better than what you have in province of Ontario at 13% sales tax.
Sales tax on a car is actually paid when the car is registered. So if you live in Ontario buying a car in New York State won't get you out of paying the 13% tax.
Very little protection for the sensors beneath the license plate, never had much confidence driving straight into a parking space, this doesn't help any. I'll continue to back in everywhere, so many curbs are too low. I notice that there are sensors in front on the Touring model. I have the Sport 2.0T, loving it!

Just bought a ‘19 2.0 Touring. It’s exquisite. Got a fantastic price AND the dealer drove it to me.
Someone Somewhere Congrats!!!! Which dealer gave you such remarkable service?
Hey Someone Somewhere, I'm on the market for the same trim. What was your OTD final?

If I’m paying that much for a touring I need full led lights all over
Yeah, Honda dropped the ball on that one!!
Love mine, lots of room in the front feels very luxurious
Excellent vid. Just picked up my Pearl White 2020 Touring several weeks back. You hit every point perfectly. Thanks!
Glad it helped! Enjoy the drive, Patrick!
Just bought a 2020 accord hybrid black. I’m in love !
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
They have audio and phone controls on the steering wheel, so that's probably why Honda placed them on the right side of the infotainment display.

You would think they would have added full LED taillights for 2020!!
Could you get those other wheels on the other Honda Accord , those black rims on this model?
If I'm not mistaken the CVT is offered only with the 1.5 liter turbo, not with the 2.0 liter turbo
Hi MB,
The 2.0 Accord engine has either the 6 speed manual or the 10 speed auto.
You're right with the CVT being offered on all 1.5 trims.
I love my EX-L. I didn't pick the Touring because I'm not a fan of the push button shifter. Do they even come with the regular gear shifter?
Peppamint Tea All Accords with the 2.0 turbo have the push button 10 Speed automatic your EX-L has the 1.5 turbo with the CVT.
I love the rims!!!!!
Clean and classic
correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't japan drive on the left, and wouldn't it make sense for them to make one screen as far as button orientation?
Japan does drive on the let side...not sure why they didn't make one universal screen. Would've made sense from a manufacturing perspective.
can you get a shifter instead of a push button transmission selector
Hi Gerald,
Unfortunately not - It's slowly transitioning to almost all Honda offerings over the next few years.
You can get manual once you’ve drive MT you’ll never go back

@Randy Jackson oh ok, I see the car industry slowly going to push button transmission, I like the rotory version dodge and Chrysler offer ..
I did not like the touring, i got the 2.0 t sport July 31, really like it!!
How much did You get it?
I am six feet tall, how easy is the Accord to enter and exit? Headroom?
Hi Jim, yes - plenty of headroom.
Saw a video that addressed your issue, plenty of headroom whether you're a driver or a backseat passenger. You'll be pleased.
I'm 6'1" and this vehicle has plenty of space.

The speedometer goes up to 240 🤔. That’s interesting
How so?
@@Modern.Motoring I’ve never seen that. All the ones I’ve seen read up to 160. I wonder if it’s because you are in Canada?
@@LaCrux it’s in km/h via the metric system, used in Canada. Most newer vehicles have a digital conversion setting for mph if Canadians visit the US.

The license plate in the middle of the front grille is a real turnoff! I'd take it off.

A lot of states required front plates
Kinda wish it had the dash like the Civic
The interior looks extremely used for the low mileage you have on it.
Michael Bendele Hi Michael, in what way?
Lots of scuff marks and needs vacuuming. I have the 2019 ex-l. What does the 2020 have that’s different?
@@michaelbendele6010 Nothing different from the '19 to the '20. Mid cycle refresh will be the '21 model out Sept/Oct '20.
Not bad Honda but the sonata 2020 limited 1.6 turbo caught my eye in every way
Richard Williams I’ve seen it and will test the new Sonata in early 2020 - what a gorgeous redesign!
No offense Richard but I don’t think Honda will suffer from your loss ... 😬
Already 3 years and they keep making the same thing . .. ..
At least redo the back ... is agly .
Honda rims suck bad
Ugliest front end on the market.
I think that "honor" belongs to the new Accord.
