Did the game launch with her having silver hair and they changed it back right away or what?
I've seen a lot of stuff with that hair, but when I started playing at the end of Dec 2023, she had dark brown(? black?) hair.
I'm aware it may change for story reasons (I'm currently mid-act2), but it feels like a lot of promo art and stuff like this imply the game launched with Silver-hair Shart...
