Is this the left or right knee pictured at 3:20? Is it the left or right knee pictured at 5:17? Thank you. I am trying to compare my images at home to the Blanke, et al. study on predictors of unsuccessful physical therapy for medial plica syndrome.

Dr Christoph Agten- amazing stuff, anyway you could look at my MRI of my Knee, 1 doctor thinks its the medial plica that is causing my pain and another does not.

Is there a size measurement for which you call the medial plica thickened?

i think so, but would need to go back to the studies, but as always with hard measurements we measure with an accuracy of +/-1mm or more and then some patients are 2m high, other 1.5m, it will impact measurements, but its hardly ever accounted for, so i dont measure, just eyeballing.

Hi, I think my doctor misses the plica on my knee. I had simptoms like plica and when I saw you video looked at my MRI and I think it's plica. Can you look at my MRI >?

Hi. Unfortunately, I cannot look at your MRI. Plicas are normal structures and do not necessarily have to be symptomatic, but can be.
