I have a legacy from 1992, when someone is inside and the car is locked you can open the car either way no need for a key. I dont understand how you can lock someone. Is this system not on all cars? Also the electronic roof is open, doesnt the heat escape from there?
It's pretty standard to be able to unlock from the inside - but it's not a far fetch to think that this girl could have been injured and unable to open the door after being thrown inside head forwards. And no, cracking a sunroof will not keep it cool at all.
@@Choke-a-Cola If I HAD to convey the same meaning, I would use "one might". BUT, I don't think you should imply people are leaving dogs in hot, locked cars. It's like you're implying it's a normal thing that people do.
@@LemonPoppyMuffin could've just said "i wouldn't even treat a dog this bad" instead of trying to correct my grammar like a douche, i meant what i said and i said what i meant. my comment encompasses more than just "leaving dogs in hot locked cars" it's about her treating her child like a nuisance, her leaving her child unattended for long periods of time, her pawning her child off to friends or family so she doesn't have to watch her, her locking her child outside of her room because she's tired of her... these are ways one would treat a dog, not a child.
I don't care who put the child in the car first or whatever, Rita is HER MOTHER. It's HER responsibility to look after her children and she shouldn't trust them to anybody, even less if they're so vulnerable and dependable... Not even her boyfriend, even less if he's a drug dealer or someone who consumes the stuff. Instead of focusing on being the winner in their silly little argument with your boyfriend you should've looked after your daughter who was OUT OF YOUR SIGHT for fucking TWO HOURS. What's so difficult to understand? She deserved more time in jail.
Why would the mother refuse to speak to DSS or the child protective services if she wanted to get rid of the kid? Shit parents on drugs, but not intentional
The way the daughers talk about it... Idk it gives off the feeling they felt she was a burden. Like theres evidence of their mom being abusive and turning to drugs and their instinct is to defend her by saying she put effort in the past. Like that really doesnt excuse anything. Drugs suck idk but the mom was probably a former drug addict and after the rest of her kids moved on she fell back into it under the stress of having to care for her alone. It doesnt excuse it but its honestly the most likely explanation. XQC's right these kids need to be taken away immediately to prevent this shit its insane that after a girl comes in with bad burns and their parents refuse to treat her that kid isn't immediately taken away. Scentence seems bullshit tbh but also fuck them so whatever.
I feel really bad for the guy, was he a shitty person? Sure. But I do not believe he meant any harm to be done to the child, he was only the boyfriend of the mum whom he believed to be smarter than him, it was not his car, not his daughter, not his responsibility. I don't think he should rot in prison for the rest of his life because of the mothers deliberate attempt to kill her child. I think the meth in his system affected his thinking. ALSO in the back of his head he kept thinking that the AC was on so I don't see why people would shit on him for not hurrying, my parents would always leave me in the car with the ac on after a long trip if I kept sleeping, it's a totally normal thing and he shouldn't have been blamed for the fact that the mother purposely sabotaged everything.
bro he put her in a hot car... for 6 hours, had more than enough time and understanding that she needed to get out.... how about putting this "sympathy" towards the 12 year old non verbal, innocent child. yk, the one who was KILLED by the man you "feel really bad for". he threw he in the back, while she was upside down, and even after knowing and seeing that she was not moving, went to the store for 49 minutes, and never broke the window. Yes the mother is also a piece of vile trash... they both are clearly. This is a truly horrible take. please refrain from giving anymore opinions on anything ever for the sake of humanity
The female cop was awful, not gonna lie. She was grilling him, but not her, despite her actions amd behaviour being way worse. The female cop also lied. In the original footage, you can clearly see that he did NOT THROW her in the car upside down. He turned her in the right direction and put her normally in the car, in a normal way. Neither reckfully, nor aggressively. This is in line with his version of the story when recounting it in the interrogation room.
Florida don't play, take it from me, somebody is going to prison. I hated drugs my entire youth and early 20's too, never even touch weed, that didn't stop me from getting hooked on pain killers and ending up in Florida prison.
thats why i just smoked weed, baaaad. my mom and sisters do meth and coke n tried to shame me for smoking weed to get on worse drugs with them, dont ever believe them.
This is why I believe in eugenics. The way this child was treated and having no control over her body or even being able to scream as any other kid. Her mother probably didn’t love her as much as she goes on to say she does. I don’t think it’s fair to let babies with huge deformities or substantial mental issues should exist. Just a world of suffering. People boast on about how deformed abnormal people are just as capable in life as anyone is completely ignorant.
I have watched thousands and i mean thousands of police encounters and messed up bodycam footage but these have to be the top 5 worst parents ive seen, ive seen worst but this is easily in the top 5 they watched their kid die in a car thats obviously turned off and the AC wasnt on the heat was purposely turned on this js horrible

Also, meth arguably much worse than alcohol. Alcohol can def ruin your life as well tho
Alcohol is fine, you just gotta drink responsably.
@@ysayeispog6282alcohol is a hard drug. So take just as much precaution as anything else
It’s the people not drugs.
Ngl bro xqc brain can’t comprehend a video explained to him with subtitles
He is cooked
Deep fried brain 🧠
I like how the first 5 minutes the only thing XQC did was eat Pizza and say "what" once...
"im trying to be unbiased about 2 people that were literally arrested and convicted of murdering a disabled child" bro what the fuck are you talking about????
Lol, XQC is Hilarious watching the drama unfold for like over 20 minutes and doesnt know the actors names. "Whos cristina ? whos Rita?"
Rita's "I know I know" was terribly annoying. She DIDN'T fucking know! Poor Cristina :(
God when did X’s chat get like this
Always been like that
once he started becoming a “w” streamer
one of the first times ive seen an actual good sentencing from these videos
damn I hate when they spoil the mystery at the beginning of the video..
why dont they make cars these days with insulation that doesnt make it get hot, feels like an easy thing to do
You'd have to block off the windows
I have a legacy from 1992, when someone is inside and the car is locked you can open the car either way no need for a key. I dont understand how you can lock someone. Is this system not on all cars?
Also the electronic roof is open, doesnt the heat escape from there?
Are you kidding
It's pretty standard to be able to unlock from the inside - but it's not a far fetch to think that this girl could have been injured and unable to open the door after being thrown inside head forwards. And no, cracking a sunroof will not keep it cool at all.
Also some cars have child safety locks on the rear doors so your child won't hop out unexpectedly.
She had cerebral palsy and was a kid, probably had no idea what was even going on. Also the Legacy is a very pretty car imo.
can't even begin to imagine the suffering during her final moments. those people have a special place in hell
poor baby rest in heaven
is it just me or is there a slight ringing noise in X's mic
Schizo
Are u also hearing voices in your head?
is it me or is there people living in your walls?
@@noobyxd3219 Oh nah thats just me.
Tinitus
it's sad when you realise that rita treated her child like you would a dog
I wouldn't use "would" there.
@@LemonPoppyMuffin why not and how would you structure the sentence?
Do you lock dogs, in your car, when it's scorching hot, for hours?
Don’t know if bro deserved as much time as her
I don't care who put the child in the car first or whatever, Rita is HER MOTHER.
God bless her man, god bless that dad too. Evil comes in so many forms. This is the devil active in the flesh.
Rest in peace…
Why would the mother refuse to speak to DSS or the child protective services if she wanted to get rid of the kid?
Shit parents on drugs, but not intentional
It’s funny how they keep says she’s smart just because she has a masters in teaching
Why is the chat's opacity so low? Cna't see shyt when it's white on white.
That’s doing you a favour tbh you didn’t miss anything
The ‘opacity’ is low? No lol the opacity is at 100%. Just doesn’t have a drop shadow that’s why you’re struggling to see it on bright backgrounds.
" Just eat the pizza " killed me 😂😂😂. how does he keep getting away with this lmaoo. i love x
Christina is now in Christ and Rita with the Devil in Hell, indeed a nightmare to wake up to.
29:02 someone in chat said ROASTED VEGETABLES
OH NO NO NO NO NO
The way the daughers talk about it...
" *I kNOW, I kNOW* "
why does he keep making fun of fat ppl when his gf has a very plump belly i thought hed be more sympathetic now
the narrarator is saying the the child was in the car for 2.5 hours at the time that the two adults went into the house for 2 more hours
apologizing for apologizing is hilarious 🤣
This fucking chat dude. Do they know anything about coping mechanisms?? They're more worried about the roommate laughing out of nervousness
wtf is wrong with X??? since when does he attack women’s appearances and call them fat because he doesn’t like them??
Since like 2015 bro
Being fat is a choice, get over it.
Since literally the begging of his career. This is decade old xQc behaviour.
19:00 what a weird ass thing to say
Well at least in hindsight those daughters are defending their sister’s killer. Deserves alot more than ‘fat’.
xqc looking like @royce miller drinking that 2 liter
Whoever commented roasted vegetables is going to hell fr
The female cop was awful, not gonna lie. She was grilling him, but not her, despite her actions amd behaviour being way worse.
The female cop also lied.
In the original footage, you can clearly see that he did NOT THROW her in the car upside down.
He turned her in the right direction and put her normally in the car, in a normal way. Neither reckfully, nor aggressively.
This is in line with his version of the story when recounting it in the interrogation room.
sadly my friends this is the typical lady you just haven't met yet. The first thing I often hear is drug use, when really people can be nutty.
"Yo yo yo I thought the ladies were here sisters but their her children?!"
Interesting that these great sisters did not do a thing to make sure that their disabled sibling was safe
You are probably on the lower end of the spectrum
She sound like Margret from outlast 2 bruh
I have watched thousands and i mean thousands of police encounters and messed up bodycam footage but these have to be the top 5 worst parents ive seen, ive seen worst but this is easily in the top 5 they watched their kid die in a car thats obviously turned off and the AC wasnt on the heat was purposely turned on this js horrible
4:58 straight out of outlast 2
Ita not weird to anyone that they waited literally almost 2 hours down to the min? 🤔
