Enlightenment seems to have quite an impact. That artefact drastically changes the outputs from my healers and my poisoner (dench)
I LOVE Horn of the Labyrinth Lord. I use it on a character that has an AoE ult. Basically, she ramps up her attack% boost, then blows everyone up , then charges back up.

Rally is not a 100% buff, also Wild (idk if it counts as buffs). But to mitigate this just use mutiple rallies or Wild people. So that artifact is a bit odd. But the debuff increase chance is nice.
ok, while watching the film, I assessed your statements one by one.
first: Currently, there is no Hero who can use Stone cloak and derive any benefits, maybe for some Combo. But, today there is no such person. Horrus doesn't really need shield at the beginning of the fight, it doesn't do him any good and he gets the shield from his skill.
if you really want to give something of value to Horrus or any Tank, give him a Banner of Oath. The banner works perfectly in dungeons, Vortex, Arena. The tank lives longer and in the case of Horrus who has a shield, this is a really great effect. I also tested Banner with Isolde and its value went up thanks to this. She has a similar skill to Horrus, except that Isolde gives a shield to nearby allies and, for example, against Vortex, your team will eat pizza and watch as Vortex tries to kill your team. Banner of Oak on Isolde + Voresh with Rage set is broken!

and most of all Horn of the Labyrinth Lord for the nuker. Horn clears the arena !

Hi, that is a very good question. I think The Staff had such a big impact on Season 2 for me that I would pick that over Withes remains.

Crown can still land it AOE if the ultimate hits multiple times. I'm using it on Ripekas hits everyone 3 times and I've seen it land 3 times.

You guys are wrong about the Pipe. It's an artifact for Poisoners and it's great for them. Don't put this artifact on a healer.
It's an artifact for any hero that needs Enlightenment regardless of what they are
