I grew up Bouncing between Ghana and Nigeria and my opinion on which jollof is better has changed multiple times throughout my upbringing. So I'll definitely agree with scanty, which jollof is better depends on who's making it and sheldon making arguments about how nigeria jollof tastes based on a experience he has on bolt food in ghana is ridiculous.
Though it's true that the taste depends on who is cooking the food, I'm sure there's a particular way to prepare the jollof called Ghanaian or Nigerian. I believe it's about the recipe. Different people might add some twists to it and influence the taste. A Nigerian cooking jollof using Senegalese or Ghanaian recipe will still be called Nigerian jollof. As someone who lived in Nigeria for 2 years, spending time in 5 states, and eating Jollof in each state, I can say that Nigerian Jollof is mediocre.
