5 Different Ball Valve Ball

Is there a ball valve with one way in one way out without the solid hole I want to use this as a dose measuring dispenser if it make any sense can someone maybe point me in the right direction..... thanks

we need ball that has holes of varing size representing a percentage of metered flow. but not a super high cost.
