    THANK YOU! You explanation of using various numbers of outputs and inputs on the splitters and mergers finally made sense to me.

    Man this was quite nightmare to figure out, not because of your explanations, but more so because of the different infrastructure I have. Trying to apply your tutorial, in terms of location of the different machines and figuring out where I should be standing now and connecting belts during certain steps in this video gave me quite the headache, But in the end it somehow worked out and the machines are now running relatively smooth and efficient. Thank you for making this series, as a new player it helped me get started in the game. Perhaps its a nice idea once this beginner series is done to make a sort of intermediate tutorial where you work over these builds with the higher tier stuff to make them even faster producing and more efficient!

      Hey mate thanks for the feedback, I try to be general and efficient but naturally locations matter. You can combine 2 normal sources to get one pure if you need to, glad you did solve it in the end, it's not the easiest thing to make one setup that makes all these parts with only one source i'd say :)
      Glad it helps, and the intention is to make a series in the future with optimal designs for making parts but with access to higher skill levels, for now I will continue to walk everyone through the game as I am progressing.
      Stay tuned! ^^

      Having this issue a little bit myself, though a construction blueprint style graph of the factory would have been nice as I could have built it based off of that

    Great series man! I really appreciate it.
    I was on the fence about trying out Satisfactory, but your playlist really convinced me.
    And now... I just sat down to play, and saw your new video pop up, talk about great timing!
    Please keep it up, it's an excellent noob friendly source of information

    Was a little hard to follow along with since my factory is layed out very vertically, but I understood the load balancing and how everything was meant to go together, so now if I were to build it again id have no issue. Good tutorial thank you for helping us dum dum players.

    Why not underclock the R. iron plate assembler for the modular frames? around the 19:01 mark - Just curious otherwise GREAT VIDEO! Thanks you

    Love these vids. As someone who doesn't use mods myself (personal choice) I much prefer builds that are done from the ground without the fly mod, as this really shows you the build process from a vanilla-players P.O.V....That said, a couple of angles from a watch tower would be excellent, as that is easily one of the best build tools available to new (vanilla) players who don't have jet-packs.

      Thanks mate and glad you think so! Exactly why I made these because I thought the tutorials with mods and hacks was not realistic when everything was also unlocked already. Thats good tip too, I should have more watchtowers :) 💎

    I was wondering; is this factory a replication of the basic iron factory; plus the new areas to create the more complex components, or did you just expand the iron factory you already made (in episode 2), with the parts you built in THIS episode?

    • @GMODISM
      @GMODISM  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is a separate facility as we need both types of parts, they yse different mine sources :)

    why do u feed every machine with splitters doesnt that decrease the effiency, because the first constructer has a 50/50 chance and the second a 25% chance?

    • @GMODISM
      @GMODISM  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If its properly calculated it will balance out and have a perfect supply, we calculated that in the video

    • @MrRossoMoto
      @MrRossoMoto 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If I understood you well splitters don't work like that. There is no 50 or 33.33333% chance of the material to go on one path. If you have 2 outputs from the spliiter it will always split the material in half. So if you have 2 pieces of material going to the splitter with 2 outputs there is no way that those 2 pieces will go 1 way and 0 pieces the other way. They will always split. Don't know if you get me, I might have not explained it well as I'm not native in english.

    great video but could you explain when it's appropriate to use mk 1 belts vs mk 2?

    • @GMODISM
      @GMODISM  ปีที่แล้ว

      whenever the transfer rate is required to reach capacity, if you need below 60 ppm (mk1) you would not need 120 ppm (mk2) belts

      @Amin H it also helps to have the cast screw alternative recipe because it uses iron ingots instead of iron rods to make them

    for some reason my constructors for the 4 rods at the start arent at 100% efficiency. is there a way to fix that?

    • @GMODISM
      @GMODISM  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Are they producing then too fast, or are they not getting enough ingots? If you check that you can troubleshoot at the right end!

    • @Giullaree
      @Giullaree ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GMODISM I'm having the same problem. The furnaces are keeping up however the last two constructors in the first row of 4 barely seem to get any iron ingots while the first 2 have 100 each. Same kinda thing with the constructors creating screws (the first two are 200/200 rods, but the last one gets the leftovers)

    • @Giullaree
      @Giullaree ปีที่แล้ว

      EDIT: I ended up fixing the issue, just by injecting rods/ingots/screws into the system to create backlog. Now I'm facing the problem of like 2 reinforced iron plates per minute :/ Even with a backlog in the modular frame assembler, the reinforced plates are being produced at such a slow rate

    Bro this guide is way too long and very confusing, I cannot understand anything. It would be alot easier if you looked at the whole factory from above or use a fly mod for that and explain clearly what each and every machine does quickly and not tell them by each 5 mins of the video.
