I am not exactly sure when the shift happened bc I wasn’t following SF during the pandemic, but it feels like the pre loved market is now full of styles I love. It could just be me and the fact that I was looking with “fresh eyes,” but I don’t remember loving so many of their releases pre 2020. Right now I would love to have an SF studio box bag. I think it’s great that they are resurrecting these vintage styles. Staying on trend, but yet keeping the class. Love it.

I agree! It’s been really nice to see. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by what is showing up on the pre-loved market as well and I really like a lot of what they have in store now. The studio was around in 2019 but a pretty new style then. I’ve always liked it but the leather isn’t quite as structured as I’d like. I agree! They are following the vintage resurrection trend well and releasing new on trend but still classy designs and I’m here for it!

Just purchased a vintage wanda in beige that needs some love for €110, also spent €15 on some white angelus leather paint so I cannot wait to refurb and upcycle

Do SF bags tend to be knocked off? I'd like to start buying pre-loved SF bags but am not sure if they are likely to be authentic.

While inauthentic ones are certainly out there they are much less likely to be faked than LV, Chanel, Dior, etc. I hope that helps! If you are worried it always helps to get a third party authentication to weigh in. While I’ve experienced fake SF shoes before I haven’t personally ever had an issue with a bag.

I have the same bag but I can take the strap off and it’s fabric inside… now wondering if it isn’t authentic

@@carissa5575 I’ve done some research on it and many original vintage owandas had the removable strap. In fact, most of all might have. While I’m confident mine is authentic I don’t know what it wasn’t altered to have the strap sewn in. I haven’t, however, run across any with a fabric lining.
