I just bought mine last week at Ulta during the Hair sale but it doesnt vibrate at all. Did I get a defective one?
Did you try clicking the power button once while it’s already on? That is what activates the vibrate. And to turn it off, its 2 clicks on the power button. Then to turn it off/on you hold the power button. Hope this helps (:
