Outstanding video - such a vibrant city. Espacially i love the old "Duwags" or as we called them when the were in Copenehagen: " Miss Dusseldorf. One of these are now at the "Skjoledenæsholm sporvejsmuseum" - Returned from alexandria back to Denmark. It is being renovated back to almost new shape.
@@خمسدقائق-ه6ي Im not sure about when they enteref service. But they were in service untill they ripped all of the tram tracks up in favour for busses.
Loved seeing the Alexandria Duwags again. I saw them in 1972 and rode on them and they were excellent. I gather they are all gone now, replaced by new stock. This must have been how the LCC managed 210 trams per hour on the Victoria Embankment when that line was operating at its maximum - trams could have just slowed down enough for passengers to board or alight while the tram was gently moving through the 'stop'. No pedestrian accidents in Alexandria though - you notice that all are taking careful note of the trams and just walking across in front of them, but not under them. I cannot remember seeing a one way street there with a couble track tramway - I though that only Paris did that.
I'm a tram and I approve this video!!
Real nice impression of the trams in Alexandria, I once had the pleasure riding them... A great experience! Thanks for sharing!
An awesome nightmare for every tram driver, especially from 4:06 :) Thanks for sharing!
Outstanding video!! People hop on and off the trams whenever they feel like it. There must be a lot of pedestrian accidents.

How long ago did you have this tram in Copenhagen ?

If you ask me it was the biggest mistake ever to rip up all the tram tracks in Copenhagen.
I definitely agree with you . trams add a very pleasant flavour to any city it serves@@Eurofima

Обалдеть! У водителя трамвала должны быть крепкие нервы.
