Brundle was invited to pilot the #33 Wolfe Manufacturing Lotus-Ford Cortina alongside Julian Thomas of @vboxmotorsport - making his Goodwood debut. The pair would contest Sunday's Jim Clark Trophy - exclusively for Cortinas to celebrate the iconic saloon car's 60th anniversary, against some of the biggest names in touring car and sportscar racing - including Andy Priaux, Andrew Jordan, Gordon Shedden, Steve Soper, Tiff Needell, Jochen Mass, Anthony Reid and many, many
more
Having qualified fifth in Saturday's practice session, Brundle enjoyed.an excellent start to the MK1 Cortina-only race and after a brief tussle with Mike Gardiner and David Dickenson - was leading the 45-minute race by the time he entered St Marys on his first time round.

Lotus Cortina s My Dad rallied these ,! he was quick- V Elford, Mike Butler, they all did the Monte Rac C of Eire , Safari . i crewed for him, fab times
