Plain and simple he wasn't really dead. If Jesus is in your mind, then that's what you'll see. If a 16-ounce steak is in your mind, you'll see that too. If you are in a low state of negativity, you may see demons and such. Makes no sense to insinuate that the same applies to everyone. You'll see what you want to see for a little while.
