So I read the wiki, and it turns out that Seelkadoom is supposed to be Sonic and Shadow if they were fused on a practical level, not just in terms of combat ability, but power also. In other words, "Evil Shadic". This explains why he was able to definitively beat Super Sonic and Super Shadow in a 2 v 1. Though I'm not too sure about actually beating a legit fusion of the two. That said, great animation.

Actually there's sprites about seelkadoom having Fleetway, dark, and even exe. Also supreme seelkadoom is not remotely close to his final form he still has more forms than that.

But Apex (without Monochrome) vs Perfect would go for Perfect Nazo, because Perfect form has actually a higher multiplier than Super, while Hyper Perfect form has less than Hyper. And Apex is just a Dark/Dark Super form. Weaker than Super/Hyper in multiplier. However Seelkadoom does not have many forms and even Supreme form is fanmade. The original work had only Apex, but also Apex's Monochrome ability is being forgotten in fanmade videos from the original work. This alone can do wonders for Seelkadoom to win many battles, it's like fighting Infinite Zamasu or Giygas but with a physical body instead.
