At 22-23 min , at any given freq ie ratio of 1:2 will deliver lower TV and MAP than ie of 1:1
This explains better oxygenation with ie 1:1 , but how you can get better co2 washout with higer ie ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 even though it generates less TV...
