Great video. Selling my vsett 11+ super 72 and replacing it with the GT2. The vsett throttling is terrible and the ride sucks. My teeth chatter at higher speeds.
Sorry to hear about your vsett. But you will be making a great choice if you go with the GT2. Haven’t taken mine for a long ride yet, but with the short ride I’ve taken it, it’s a great choice

The Segway build is far superior and overall is the better scooter.
I agree the Segway build it’s better, but overall it’s not better than my Dualtron Thunder 2
Segway customer service sucks. My segway gt1 broke down after 3 weeks and had to send it back and wait 2 months to get it back
What happened to your Segway GT1 to breakdown after only 3 weeks of use?
The innovation and quality of the Segway GT2 is really impressive, but i still prefer the Dualtrons, because of all the aftermarket- and tuning options for Minimotors products.
It's always good to have some DIY possibilities, but Segway is always so special and oddly built. The GT2's performance doesn't really convince me either. Over here in Germany the Segway GT2 was tested against a rebranded Teverun Blade GT called "SXT Beast Pro". Aside the quality, the Blade GT performed better in almost every way.
I also have no problems with squarewave controllers. Sinewave controllers are nice and smooth, but I personally like aggressive and crisp squarewave controllers like in the Dualtrons. The GT2 is a great, fast, comfy and well built commuter for everyday use, but it's not a "hyperscooter" imho and I hope that this type of scooter is not the future because the design of the GT2 is just ... 🤢🤮

I get where you’re coming from since I have a dualtron thunder 2 and why this will be considered as a downgrade. I still have my thunder 2, but I just think that the GT2 has something different to offer and I'm trying to explore that and share it with you guys.
