  • Datuk Hajah Rosmawati, CEO of Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), has a remarkable journey that spans nearly four decades in the professional arena. Starting as a junior secretary in 1984 with the Yayasan Sabah (YS) Group, she steadily climbed the ranks, culminating in her current role. Her academic pursuits include a Master of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia, reflecting her commitment to personal growth.
    Now in her sixties, Datuk Rosmawati enjoys reading and traveling. She was lauded by the Sabah Creative Economy and Innovation Centre on International Women’s Day for her significant contributions to Sabah and SICC. Additionally, she has been honoured with the BrandLaureate Brand Leadership Award 2023. Her previous positions as deputy director of YS and deputy CEO of Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd provided her with invaluable experience in strategic planning and quality assurance.
    In her leadership roles, she focused on building trust and confidence among stakeholders, laying the foundation for her success as a CEO. Datuk Rosmawati's strength lies in strategic management, fostering innovation and aligning initiatives with YS's mission and vision. Her extensive network and industry expertise have been instrumental in her continued success.
