👦 This is a palm sugar farm in southern Thailand.
The sap of the palm tree is collected in a bamboo cask to make palm sugar without any other additives.
The making process is an extreme job.
Palm sugar is said to be used as a food or dessert ingredient.

I ate the liquid that was in 9:03 once when I was in Thailand. My God, that was the sweetest coconutty sweet syrup I ever had in my life at that point. It was a sample and i thanked the person who gave it to me. The place also cool them in little blocks and sell them in plastic wrappers.
