i think some people have to realise that not everyone who is around then maybe that familiar with the road layouts as locals might be. Road signs are atrocious in many instances and someone getting it a bit wrong is not an idiot or a moron.
Ben Hooper. Thanks for the message. I was always told that there is a 10 percent allowance in the speed. Hence 32 in a 30 is okay as the needle isn't calibrated or has ever been to my knowledge. I was told by a copper once that speeding was driving in excess of the speed limit and the allowance. So 34 in a 30 would definitely be speeding. But 32 would not be. Perhaps this has changed? I will find out.

Must be a massive burden owning the road and having to share it with all those mortals. Just everyday on the highways mate.
At 1:30 you claim excessive speeding yet your speeding to. You hit 32mph in a 30. The corrola driver clearly didn’t do anything wrong.
