My first Paris vacation was 34 years ago with my broken French, and I have since returned twice because it's my favorite place to visit, eat, and explore. Each time, my Paris experiences were different. Being an Art major, I loved exploring the Louvre, the D'orsay, and Versailles, saw 2 fashion shows in the department stores, fell asleep while exhausted sightseeing at the Sacre Coeur Church, sitting on top our suitcases to pack home because it was so stuffed with souvenirs and French chocolates, and many more wonderful memories... J'adore Paris!!!!
💯 💯 was thinking the same thing. I did the Uber twice when I was there…and it was to go to the hotel and back to the airport. The metro was way easier and faster
Thank you for introducing Petit Palais! Will check it out on my next trip. Been to Paris and the South France quite a few times, and there's always a place to check out 😊 Personally, I enjoy Paris for the shopping spree and the sight-seeing icons over the metro. That definitely could use an update.
Amazing Paris vlog Sherry!!🩵 Too funny your expressions first bowl of rice in 10 days😂 The different views of the city just so beautiful and the Eiffel Tower as well🤩 The foods look so delicious and I couldn’t stop laughing when you said “Asian food again” which was understandable not having comfort food in awhile well travelling.. Can’t wait to see your next awesome vlog and loved your reels and photos on IG of your fun & incredible trip🙂🥖
I must say, VERY nice Vlog!.. Enjoyed it so much. I do have a friendly suggestion: try using a filter next time in your travels to capture vibe of the city. Other than that, your energy was so lovely. I really like how you stay true to your roots and yet eat local at the same time. Super fun to watch. 😊
Spontaneity has its good points, but it's best to book certain things ahead, as you found out. You produced a good video overview of how to visit Paris.
I discovered an incredible Indian restaurant located in Asnières-sur-Seine. This restaurant ´Le Kaveri’ is the pinnacle of haute cuisine and authentic Indian cuisine in this city. Each dish is a culinary masterpiece, offering an exquisite and authentic experience of the flavors of India. My experience here was simply wonderful, and I highly recommend treating yourself to this culinary gem-you’ll love it!❤️
Kinda fun to watch, a spontanious good time with a friend. But there were so few sights shown/mentioned for 4 days. Food continuously added, for no real reason... I'd be remiss if I didn't make more of my 4 days in Sept. I was hoping this 23min. Would be helpful. I like to know what I'm seeing. That number map (Paris arrondisments) briefly shown is a big help and what I'm diving into. Each area searched for "must sees" and aligned with other areas in Google Map, or GPS my city to plan our 4 days. All of the mapping apps have short comings but will help with determine how to cover the best, plan transp. (Metro or bus passes?) get tickets, timed, or skip the line passes. There will be planned down time but I'm not going to "linger" long. 😂
Hi, This is my firs time on your channel and this video is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to estimate how much I would be spending on my upcoming trip and couldn't find anything with actual numbers. Thank you!
Hi! At the market, did they cook the meat to you, there? Your English is really good. I like that you dare to go out by yourself (like I often do myself).
I thoroughly enjoyed your stream and appreciate the breakdown. If I didn't know better, the way you dress and handle yourself makes you look as if you were an actual resident of Paris!
Love this!! Dinner with live piano performance must be quite cool! Personally never had a good escargot, but hope it was good! Much love from Singapore ❤
I have been interested in France for a long time and wanted to visit again. Watching this video, I think my fantasy about France has grown even more. The atmosphere of this video made me feel comfortable and happy. In particular, I liked the exotic scenery that I could feel in the alley streets and parks of France. If I visit France in the future, I want to experience various cultures and tourist attractions. 10506
Your videos are always awesome ❤❤🥖🥖🥖 Is Europe, in general, safe for a Asian woman to travel solo? Since covid, I'm a little bit concerned about it...😅
O: I last watched you when you were going through your oral/dental surgery years ago. You stood out back then to me as an Asian beauty TH-camr with your voice that I now connect with Awkwafina. I was trying to find your channel again by memory of "beauty" something. So intrigued to find you still doing TH-cam and travelling/adulting, ahah!
Love the museum and gallery you went to. I took notes on it , thanks for that😊! But I can see you had so many rice and noodles for lunch/dinner. I may just hold my Asian belly a bit longer instead to try authentic local food instead, since I won’t be there long. Maybe only one noodle or rice meal after 10 days like you said in beginning, definitely not 4 in a roll in the video 😅.
@@sherrybyw I have no favorite place in Paris, and there are a lot of excellent bakery for 🥐. Sometimes you may fine good ones from our famous french pastry chefs such as Philippe Conticini, Cedric Grolet or Cyril Lignac. Next time you should try the Macarons or my favorite pastry Saint-Honore 😊
I enjoyed watching your videos so much! You’re soooo cute, in the video you are like one of my close friend talking about her daily life and some little things, which is really interesting. Plz keep vlogging! I want to watch more of your life!!
🥖Omg NEW VIDEEEEOOO!!! As always love your work! Crazy how different Singapore and Paris is. 9 pm there is like 6 pm here 😂. Thank you for tallying your trip! Will be planning for a trip to Paris soon!!! 🪣 Is here to say HELLOO! And how did you survive without rice for 10 days o mai
I see an OG insta fam 🪣🥖 HELLOOOOO. I know right?! It's so crazy how long the summer days are in Europe! Enjoy your time in Paris too! Hope this video was helpful
I'm taking notes from this travel tip video! 📝 Btw, have you heard about the new Nomadlane V4 Bento Bag? It seems like a must-have for adventurers like you! 🌏🌴
It's funny how you eat home food when abroad! During a trip to Ireland when we got to Dublin the whole group headed for a Burger King, lol. Question - why was the flight back to SG (E 880) so much more expensive than the flight to Paris (E 134)?
I really enjoyed your Vlog and thanks for introducing the petite palace. I’ve never been there, but definitely will check it out on my next visit to Paris, which hopefully it’s not in the too distant future. I was there last year but really short trip 😢

I went first with my son. We ate pizza outside a resturant in the rain. We made memories
Stop with the Ubers!!! Get the bus or metro, so cheap and you coulda got a navigo and scored a nice Parisian brand hand bag etc with the savings!!

How easy is it to find a public restroom in Paris? And is it ok to go into a store or something like that and ask to use there restroom?
19:34, I went there in mid June for the 1st to take a picture of me and the Effiel tower and it's nice and awesome.

you missed the stalingrad area with its open aired museums and sevran beaudottes with its beautiful beaches :/
What gorgeous sunny weather! Must be in summer.

What hotel
I’m confussed how can it still be light at 10 pm
In which arrondissement were you staying in Paris?
Hey. May I know which hotel you staying in?
The Video was very informative. I’m going to Paris for 5 days on August 15th. Paris is expensive but I don’t think Paris is Expensive as New York.
I'm not convinced she even knows everything she blew by. Search the "Paris arrondisments" map and plan from there.
Video starts at 22:43. Thank me later
Beautiful day to travel to Paris.
ahh - thought I saw you in the background of your other friends' Vlog.....!

Why bother traveling to another country if you're just going to eat your own cultures food? So stupid
I really enjoyed your Vlog and thanks for introducing the petite palace. I’ve never been there, but definitely will check it out on my next visit to Paris, which hopefully it’s not in the too distant future. I was there last year but really short trip 😢
