Carlos Rocha Glad you're enjoying the build. I've ordered some new parts and I'm working a lot this week to get more things accomplished. I'm hoping over the next few weeks to have some serious progress on the cab. Your 72 should be the exact same as far as the parts and layout. Thanks for commenting, much appreciated.
I didn't know about the stamped X for driver side parts. Another fun ford fact, the motor is offset to passenger side to allow driver more leg room. No, really.
Curt Shurden The cab mounts, trans brace, everything is stamped. The engine is in fact sitting to the passenger side. The floor pan is much larger on the driver side too. When looking head on, it's easy to see the engine is a couple inches over.
Glad your back was waiting to see your progress, its all useful info for my 72 ford f100 build with my crown vic waiting to be dismantled
