Asta is such a well written mc. Worked himself so hard becasue he was different, never gives up on his friends. His development has been amazing as well

@@JH-lb6qf pretty much, but it feels different with asta when compared with a few others. Nothing is handed to him at first. If I were to use a modern example it would be deku, who yes worked very hard but ultimately a quirk was inherited by him, whereas asta worked tirelessly and at first received nothing
black clover's fights are so good because the main character doesn't tell the side characters to stand back, black clover fights are always in a team.

And narutos plot is made after Saint seia and kinikumon. Asta is nothing like naruto. They have a power inside them yes, but that's it. The voice actor is actually really quiet guy so he struggled in the beginning to be like Asta. He said it in the interview. But as time went on he gradually started to change too from this Anime. It’s pretty cool.

@@Anastasiaaugh the problem with black clover is that the animation is inconsistent because of the schedule they weren't able to Keep up although they have lot of animators and a good bugdet. From the next year that Will change because black clover is one of the most profitable anime franchises.

I don't understand why complain when Asta's shouting it's more or less common for fighting - shonen characters. And he tones down later in the story.
It was his voice actor.

I love shounen protagonist like Asta. He boisterous and loud. I love that he screams and he shouts his fighting spirit.
6:38 this scene Asta's VA did amazing with just one word. Saying "Yeah" his voice was shaking in amazement or disbelief instead of Asta's usual shouting. Didn't realize it until I rewatched it, but it's just so good.

For some reason I was one of the rare people who enjoyed Black Clover from the start, even if Asta was a bit too loud for my liking, but I guess that’s part of the charm of the series.

@@Kskillz2 first of all pierrot participation has been non-existent since like episode 7, don't be ignorant,and don't tag at if you don't know what you're talking about.
Every time there's a big episode it's mostly thanks to the director of the staff, pulling strings and bringing people onboard.
The situation of the project has been somewhat stable. And we still get episodes like 118/128 and there's an other one coming in 2 weeks

It was so unfortunate for me. I started watching this show when it had like 20 episodes but it only got good around episode 15-16 and I stopped at 14 cuz I couldn’t handle the screaming asta but now it’s one of my favorite series so far.
