I've got a HK F3 fixed wing flight controller from years ago that is still a lot smaller and lighter than the smallest modern F4 FC. It will work well in such a glider, also without motor because it also consumes less.
LIDL is taking the FPV industry by storm. I look forward to read about a LIDL-MATEK and LIDL-RCinpower cooperation, which could provide amazing blue-red-yellow motors and iNAV flight stacks for reaonable prices. Make it happen!!!!
Love it. I built my dual motor fpv inspired with that. Flies amazing. I addresed issue with space putting almost all electronic (FS, ESC, reciver) inside the wing. I am testing with 2s LiOn
Depends how much weight you can put in the nose to balance the airplane correctly. I just made some experiments and cut the length that allows correct CG
Lidl were going to open stores in Australia and then changed their mind. Aliexpress list some that look identical at 50cm wingspan. Is that the same size as the Lidl one?
Hello, could I ask you if you could make a video on how to connect a video camera with a transmitter to an airplane? I would like to fly fpv with airplanes, but I know very little about fpv and it still doesn't make sense to me to connect to an airplane that will have a classic receiver with PWM. possibly new receivers from radiomaster with pwm but elrs.
I don't know :| ... why do you pay 9.99$ and you keep only the wing ? :P . I have done a few versions myself and then i realised that this is a "gift" (not to much work for a good platform) for new ppl in the hobby. Just put a small motor + 2-3 servos and you can enjoy the day because it was cheeap and fast to build. Nice build btw
Twin motor fpw much much better. I'm not sure about a- or v-tail, but final platform looks not too complex to build. I have 2 of that gliders build with classical tail with ruder. Thanks to Pavel, will try something new.
@@ДмитрийИсаев-л2л i don't know were u whant to go with the "2 motor fpv much much better" .(maybe more heavy, more things to drop on a glider platform) . My comment was a little sarcarstic and Pawel knows it ... The point is to get the most fun for "nothing". You can pay 200$ for a stupid dolphin and ground it in the first 10 seconds or u can get this spent half day of "work" with your kid + some pizza and have the same result. :* Happy skyes
@@cosminjuverdeanu3671 I just noticed that idea not bad to check. Twins gives you couple benefits (not my words actually): 1. No props on the front of cam 2. More stable flight And yes, that pease of.. epp will fly in any case. My children love it.

Flying great. Very interesting
Many thanks
Jaki kraj taki Bayraktar...
Super!!!😉
Awesome conversion, appears to fly nicely.
It does!
Another excellent video!!!!! Thanks Pawel. :)
My pleasure!
Brilliant. You are very modest, I know how much time must have gone into getting all that to work!
Many thanks!
Beautiful build, Pawel! Nicely done! 😃
I still want to find one of those to do something similar! 😂
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

I'm an inspiration! Nice!
Where can the glider be ordered from in the USA? Looks like a fun build
Amazing
Thanks
Great conversion! Just a question- a lengh of a v-tail (carbon tubes) How to know how long it should be?

Lidl gliders are 85cm wingspan

Maybe Triangle instead of Rectangle be better, I think it will be less weight and drag.
Doubt it would make any significant difference. Not with the speeds our models do
Love IT! :)
Glad you enjoy it!
