@@giftedcandy7840 battery is not going very well tho. Idk but last year, it stayed for all day without chanrging, now its battery dies quickly. Probably cuz of the software update which made the note 9's battery drain faster or the battery chemically aged since we havebbought the note 9 2 years ago.

I got the ultra 22 i had it for a few days. No key slot. Ultra 22 has no led indicator. My note 9 when full charged lasts for up to 24 hours. Note 9 charges the fastest. Your wrong . All you have to do is get brand new note 9 in ocean blue 💙. 128gb internal memory, & you get 512gb SanDisk. Which I will never use. You're wrong.

A lot of it is marketing and trying to sell the next greatest and lastest. They moved from great pragmatic features to just gimmick like features. Just like how the TV industry tried to sell 3D or curved TV. Frankly, I don't mind the bezels. There is no point in making it all screen for just looks. I enjoy using the iris scanner especially during this period where everyone is wearing masks. There no real need to push for under-display fingerprint when the rear senor will be faster at least for now. Also I don't care about paying that premium extra $200 for the 5G modem because 5G isn't everywhere and 4G speeds is good enough for me.

    • @stevanb.2590
      @stevanb.2590 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

@@tamwilfred those are some good points ! It looks like with Note9 they gave their maximum (it is really a good phone) and everything after that seems like some kind of experiment. That big cutout on S10+ for "better selfies" that was already gone on Note10+, "superb camera system" on S20Ultra that had hardware flow and has been replaced on Note20 Ultra. Plus that Exynos/Snapdragon thing... In my country Note20 Ultra comes both with Exynos and 8 Gb of ram... They are just riding their old fame and counting on fans to buy every new model no matter what

This phone is the best during this COVID-19 pandemic.
    1. Unlock with the iris scanner while wearing a mask.
    2. Avoid dirtying the screen (and your face) with the back-facing fingerprint scanner, and it also recognizes gestures.
    3. SpO₂ sensor to monitor your heart rate and oxygen saturation if you are sick.
    4. LED indicator without touching your phone.
    5. SD card slot.
    6. 3.5mm headphone jack.
    7. No punch-hole selfie camera.
    8. Stylus.

Burn-in is caused by stationary images. Mine actually has a slight red tint on the bottom two thirds of the screen because I used to just leave TH-cam on portrait mode for background noise Lol its not really noticeable unless I open an all white screen like when I open the notes app
Edit: in other words, the recommended videos section is what caused the burn-in cause the images didn't change for long periods of time. The video area was perfectly fine.

i only have issues with myself for wanting newer things lol (ehem s21).
(i even considered buying another new. note9 just to satisfy myself wew)
But buying a new device after owning note9 is not justifiable. This phone is perfect!.
Its still this beautiful shade of blue that i've babied ever since. (altho sadly. dents still mysteriously appeared ugh).
i just buy fresh cases to make it feel new lol.

the last phone i had before the note 9 was the LG V20, specifically for the removeable battery, and quad dac.
then the note 9 came out with a giant battery, and a dac that was reportedly equal to and at times better than the LG V series.
And i have always loves the stylus/s pen.
    And the absoutly beautiful display.

Believe it or not. Coming from the Galaxy Note 9 for 2 years, I bought a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in December and resell this January. The note 9 is a holy thing! I didn't feel confortable with the N20U and something surprise me is the fact that the screen display (color rendering) on the N9 is way better than the N20U. The N20U is biiiggg, beautiful but don't have that "thing" N9 does. So I resold the N20U and took a N9 again and I'm in peace. The best!

I used my Note 4 until it didn't power on late last year. I am currently using the Note 9. I was interested in the Note 20. I tried out the Note 20 and then just returned it. Components besides the batteries also wear down. If you look at the cost either pay around $20 for a third-party battery or pay someone $50-70 for someone else to replace it for you.
