This song makes me think of the process of grieving. Feelings of sorrow, shock, sadness; a tragedy just occurred. But as the song progresses, it transitions to more upward feelings - coming to terms with the tragedy, realization, acceptance, moving on. Recovering, restructuring, rebuilding, and pushing onward in the face of adversity. Strength, courage, resolve, hope for the future.
Maybe that's what the song is about - or maybe those are just my personal feelings being dredged up from that early morning in 2001, which I remember painfully clearly.
Either way, this song is great - if you read this, thanks for the beautiful song.

If you haven't already, read the first book of 'Dune'. It's fiction, obviously, but Frank Herbert still knew exactly what's been happening to us for decades now! Since the 70s when he first began on that awesome (unfinished) Sci-Fi chronicle...

That's all in the first chapter. Man should be building these tools in order to assist Him, not to enslave Him. But here we are, acting like flies trapped in the WWW.
