- Dr. David Kulber, a surgeon who treated Johnny Depp after his finger was severely damaged, testified that the injury was a bad one that required months of treatment. Kulber testified that while Depp was wearing the splint, it would be difficult for him to grab anything with that hand. On cross-examination Heard's attorney pointed out that Depp still could've used his other hand to grab and could've still caused all the damage to the former couple's home.

I can attest to the fact that any sudden thump, contact with objects or attempt to curl an injured cast finger will hurt like hell, enough to buckle over and leave you seeing stars for awhile. It has been proven time and again during this trial that AH has staged scenes after scenes in attempts to set up Johnny. That is well established in the minds of the jurors and the public, so every scene shown by defense leaves plenty of reasonable doubt.

The fact that Amber’s lawyers showed pictures of her damaged closet in relationship to johnnys cast on his finger...give me a break. It has nothing to do with Johnny being a so-called abuser.
What you said. There is no evidence of injuries ON Amber. Sure, it's possible that Johnny wrecked the furniture and there's evidence, in fact, that he possibly DID wreck the furniture because there are photos. But there isn't a single photo, scar, or medical record that indicates ANY abuse toward Amber. They have tons of evidence that Johnny took his frustration out on inanimate objects and took drugs but nothing else.
True. This is just speculation but anyone could argue that perhaps she had a meltdown and knocked down her furniture and documented it, while he hid in a bathroom or bedroom with his injured finger. I hope the jury remembers her perfect makeup photos after the alleged abuse
EXACTLY......I think he act in a relationship with big problems in the same way I have ......I have NEVER physically abuse any women in my life, but by horrible verbal abuse from my partner I have destroy things in the house and also hit my fist to the concrete wall and kick my foot so hard against the wall, that I needed medical help.......that is self abuse, but not abusing anybody other.

I still think the damage on the bed frame was from her carving on it with a knife. A boot standing on it wouldn’t explain the damage to the bottom of the board, BUT. Knife could be wedged into the wood to break it, and then peel off a broken piece.
He deserves an award for tolerating miss heard, the fact that she never felt bad for what happened to his fingers is very questionable, JD trusted and tried best in marriage to make it work
In the audio she was crying and apologizing because she meant to hurt him, but not that badly. She thought I'm sure the bottle would just hit him, she didn't know it was going to cause that much damage. That's crazy on her part. That shows she is so controlling it is scary. I couldn't imagine dealing with that type of conniving behavior every day. Even for a week!
Also it lasted for months 💔 it wasn't just a little cut or booboo. That is horrible.

Agree I was bite by a dog and had to have mine deconstructed and will be the first to say in no way would you want to even try to hit someone with that hand. It’s too painful on its own
I had a minor surgery for nail infection and even surgery that small was painful after hours of painkillers stopped working, imagine your whole ass finger being affected and trying to move it not to mention to grab something...
i had my wrist broken and could barely move my hand without it hurting. i had a hard cast though so it was less mobile but could still using my finger and thumb to write, anything else hurt like hell

I'm a nurse in Orthopedics and I know and have communicated with our doctors about this case. We know this could have happened the way Johnny said it did. We think the bottle was thrown at such velocity it hit the bar or his ring and shattered and a sharp shard of glass sliced the tip of his finger off. Also understand, he probably didn't realize it was hit at first because the nerves being severed he wouldn't feel the injury in the beginning. He wouldn't actually feel it being hit and probably didn't see exactly where the bottle hit at. Once nerves regenerate the pain would be significant however. This being said hearing his testimony and seeing the photos also, I don't think he lied about this!! The other expert had no clue what he was talking about. He said it couldn't have happened the way he said. He was trying to throw doubt having been hired by the defense. He was certainly uneducated or just lying for the defense.

Worse, that expert basically kept insisting on basing his conclusion on a scenario NOT described by JD, yet insisting it was. He kept saying JD put his hand flat on the table and the bottle came down vertically, so the nail should hv been injured - except this was NOT at all how JD described himself placing his hand! It was really Amber's style...
Curious about this bit because I’ve been contemplating this myself. If the bar has already been broken, couldn’t that have also been a factor? Even if it wasn’t, she smacked marble hard enough to chip it but I thought that might create a sharper surface with more pressure

Also look at Johnny rocking back and forth because he is anxious and upset. This memory wasn't a happy one and he's upset that they tried to say he lied about this. You can tell by his demeanor that he didn't lie about this. He was being truthful. She really hurt him and for Amber and her lawyers to come on here and lie about this is sad and cruel. They are trying to throw doubt about her abuse and I don't think he ever laid a finger on Amber. She physically abused him. Also the videos of her taunting him, not the way a victim acts. She didn't act scared of him at all.

You can clearly see the difference between a good witness such as Johnny's, that is telling the truth and has well balanced views, in comparison to Amber's witness who are lying and a total mess.

I was never really into the Pirates movies, but it is an absolute shame his Capt. Jack character was removed from the franchise. He spent a lot of time developing the character, and to have it taken away from him must have been extremely hard on him.
I don't believe he will go back into movies again. I think he may retire and try to enjoy a peaceful life away from all the hassle that public life has brought him. And I don't blame him one bit. I would do the same given the last few years.

JD actually looks upset when he’s hearing his injury spoken about. This one bothers him.
Especially the way he continually rocks his chair side to side, like an unconscious soothing or distracting gesture. This segment of testimony is obviously unnerving to him. It really looks like he's sitting there reliving the it all in his mind.
I can't imagine the pain from loving someone so much and them causing such a injury where you lose part of your finger. He's going to have to live with that for the rest of his days. This is what breaks my heart about DV. Someone you love so much is hurting you, and she thinks it's such a joke to the point where she's fabricating BS to benefit herself/bring him down. Sick ticket.

So let’s lay this out. Johnny had injuries. Their are pictures of his injuries, medical records, reports, witnesses etc. as an actor we see he clearly did what any actor would do and consulted a plastic surgeon and hand specialist. their are recordings of Amber Heard admitting she hit him with the bottle, hit him on other occasions and even telling him to see if “he, Johnny Depp, a man” would be believed if he told a judge and jury he was the victim of domestic abuse. That was a clear threat too, not her saying he was making up accusations but a threat from her to him that she would pull the me too card. She however has no evidence of injuries. Did not seek medical care. per her words she did not need it. She has no pictures of any of the injuries she is claiming only a picture of a small bruise on her arm (her face fully visible in the picture as well with zero injuries) a pimple looking dot on her temple and a picture she increased the saturation on to look like her cheek was more red than it was. This was proven in court by showing the original compared to the one she claimed was an injury. Body camera footage from responding officers showing no damage to the home and no injuries to Mrs. Heard. Her witnesses statements are inconsistent and several witnesses were well, off and unstable. His were professional and genuine. For her to assume everyone on the planet will take her at her word because she is a woman is sickening. It makes me so angry and disgusted. She is indeed playing games. Children play games.
That 1 photo with the bruise on her arm is from circa 2007-2009, WAY before she met JD. If you look carefully, she looks much younger AND her hair is dark brown NOT blonde. It is an old photo she is trying to use against JD.
She's a spoiled rotten child who's parents are even afraid of.

I'm so terrified about the outcome of this trial solely because of how the UK trial went .
AH was able to lie and manipulate her way through that entire trial and end up on top , winning and it truly sickens me to my core to say the very least..

That Johnny is able to find true peace, not through fame or money or relationships but through the Lord. I will probably get blasted but I have come to adore Johnny through all of this and want the best for him.

I cut the tip of my finger off as a kid. The screen door had glass that was slid up my hand was holding the door open on the screen and the entire glass pieces fell and cut my fingertip off. Trust me, you aren’t grabbing anything. Fingers are so sensitive so many nerves it throbs like crazy. I would’ve much rather have someone destroy my closet than my finger severed lol

I had a similar injury to my finger it was my pinky finger but the injury was caused when I was at work and someone pushed it’s saran wrap box a large industrial saran wrap box off the table then I went to catch it and caught the serrated edge and cut my finger down to the bone it is a pain that no one can possibly imagine all your nerve endings are in your fingers that’s where they end...When you damage those nerve endings the pain is horrendous

I've had hand surgery. You over-use the other hand to the point of pain and the injured hand is already painful. He may have pulled down one rack but not 3. He may have hit someone once but it would have hurt a lot. At his age, he's getting arthritis. Very painful. JD didn't do what he's accused of.

If Johnny had hit Amber with that hand he would have been in absolute agony and the plaster would have cracked, requiring it to be replaced. As for all those clothes racks, Amber's lawyer already said that could have been done using his other hand and is therefore totally irrelevant to the question of whether he could do that using his injured hand.

First month was so bad that I've barely slept, then it prolongs for another 6 month, and then even more years. And if you think you can hit or grab or even jump with this pain you are crazy, you have no idea how many nerves you have In your fingers...
