Rosemary essential oil may help you focus. I have the same trouble from health conditions and being a right brain type person. I actually use basil and rosemary if I have to concentrate.
Thank you. Sadly I think I’m well beyond Rosemary oil (I’m a qualified Clinical Aromatherapist). I think because my heart is working so hard it just wipes my brain. Not to mention my age! 😅 I do love the smell of it, though, I’ll have to start using it.
You and I could so shop together! I am intrigued by the tree book; love the socks, jewelry, just everything!!! What a nice way to celebrate your 10th. My husband will be taking me to similar places for my birthday. We have to drive a couple of hours, too. I'm allowed in the Stone Age shop with intent to treat myself (stones, cards, incense, books, etc.) then to Quarter Moon with clothes and home stuff and other goodies. I'll think of you while I celebrate. We have sweet husbands, don't we? We are lucky girls!!!

Forgive me, I was laughing when you mentioned about trying to read books and your mind going off on a tangent. Reason I laughed is because I do exactly the same since hitting Menopause. I used to read a lot before I hit that. Like you I have all these lovely interesting witch and Pagan books that aren't being read. I'm hoping once I've been through it my concentration will come back. You bought some lovely things and thank you for sharing that with us😃
Well, at 63, I am on the other side of menopause, & I still have CRS😂. I had hot flashes + mood swings for 10 years. It was awful😞. I lived my life in books. Took them everywhere with me. I can hardly get thru one now, my mind wonders.🤭🙏🏼☮️💚🙌🏼
I have been seriously wondering if perimenopause is the reason why. My husband was recapping me on something today, and I couldn’t remember a SINGLE THING and despite all my issues he just looks at ,e like I’m completely bonkers. Word finding ability has gone out the window also. I hope that things massively improve for you (for us all, judging by the comments! 😅). I’ve read that Japanese and Chinese women don’t have such a bad time of it due to eating tofu and soy, which have ingredients that are good for us at this time in our lives, but I’m not sure how true that is. At this stage I’ll try anything!
