    I'm a male and personally, this is a great video. Nice job. Promotion of helping those who live below the poverty line and promoting equal opportunity for everyone, both male and female. I had no idea that child marriage is still widely practiced.

    Why the fuck are people complaining about this? The whole point of this whole video is literally to help people. Help. People.
    And yet somehow self-sympathisers think they have it worse and that this is all feminist bullshit. Again, I stress the point that this video has one aim, and that is to do good, how the fuck can people find anything wrong with it?
    Jesus fucking Christ get a hold of yourselves.

    Why the fuck are people still complaining? Like I'm totally for feminism and all but this video didn't even mention first-world feminism once. This was literally just a video about the inequality of women in other countries, but people are still complaining about the "first-world feminists" in the comments, and for some fucked up reason there are 55 dislikes. Why are people still talking about the wage gap and how men have it worse in first world countries in the comments when this is meant to be focused on underprivileged women in other countries besides ours? For fucks sake stop fighting about other issues when this video is meant to shine a light on one specific and threatening problem in our society.

      They can be indipented and are more likely to get an education witch is strange caus from al the students on the universitie the biggest part of the gratuatet are woman

    Gender inequality always being a remarkable problem that need to be solved. It presents in many corners all over the world. It’s genuinely tempered, touching and serious, thus we need to change, to make it clear, better and fair. We can save their life by giving those girls a chance to make their own decisions, thus it’s extremely unfair and hard to accept that girls in many places can’t make choices, that their life are always something called suffering, a circle that is programmed and can be threatened anytime.

    I'm a 25 girl, unmarried, and was very happy about this until I realized the down side. It's like living far from
    your family - yes, you feel independent, unrestricted, and able to live for yourself.
    But with age, you realize that living for yourself is entertaining, but not fulfilling.
    You don't need to rush into marriage, and when you're married don't rush out of the marriage. But the journey of
    life spent with another gives you something precious that can't be bought. That companionship, even if it ends
    badly, is better than ending alone.
    When I was younger, I looked at all the divorce out there and misery and hatred between exes, and I thought “I'm
    not going to make some one miserable, I'm not going to spend my life with someone I hate” …well, that's like
    saying “I'm not going to drive a car because of all the accidents.” Thats not the answer - the answer should be
    to wear seatbelts, take precautions. My resolution SHOULD have been “I'm going to love my spouse, for whoever he
    is, and I'm going to give him my best.” Instead, I chose to live for me, and that's who I got …just me.
    Find someone to love, and give them your best. Like an ocean voyage, it may not last forever but at least you gave
    it your best shot. And there may be many perils and storms, but atleast you survived them with someone. The
    relationships that I've had were very special to me and I wish I had gotten married. Instead, I married my
    “independence”.
    The people that get divorced and hate each other, they didn't know how to love, they were selfish - it wasn't
    “marriage” that created the misery, it was their unwillingness to love each other.
    Love is willing to accommodate (not a reluctant willingness, but an eager willingness), even when you don't really
    want to. Even when there's no gain from it. Even when the other person is annoying, or stinky, or exhausting.
    And when you can love your spouse like that, chances are your spouse will, too. And yes, it's POSSIBLE that you
    might love a person who doesn't, or can't, love their spouse …and that is sad. It really is. But I'd rather go to
    the Olympics and fail, than never go at all.
    Love is patient, love is kind.
    Love does not envy, is not boastful and is not conceited.
    Love is not rude or self-seeking.
    I'm waiting for the right one. If you agree with what I said, then contact my whatsapp: +447901380061
    I travel around the world, and my love won't be limited by district.
    Never Ever Part As Lovers.

    Guys please stop complaining, I do understand the " men have always had to do more work" but frankly, for the longest time women weren't even allowed to,

    • @AkshanyaA
      @AkshanyaA 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Lokiwintersoldier tbh they can't say that they always had to do more work they asked for it if they had let women work the work load would've reduced and anyway, housework and raising children and looking after elders isn't very easy either especially if they were getting treated like shit at the same time. What's even more fustrating, nowadays in some places women have to work while also doing household chores and their husbands don't help out like what is this!!!!! Why can't both men and women have careers and share household chores and give equal opportunity to all

    • @AkshanyaA

      OK just to say this i have grown up in this society and yes its fucked and we have to do something about it and these things are happening and we should all help but from my position what your describing now is what i see is going to happen to my (future boys) (if i have boys) but the situation i am perceiving is that its not turning in to equality but to inequality and something needs to be done so do it but do it for the right reasons not the wrong and stop those who fight for the wrong reason

    That was very interesting. I look forward to your video on "Discrimination against Men".

    • @Torquemadia
      @Torquemadia 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ischi Vezon because you cannot claim to be for equality when you only highlight the problems of one gender.

    • @Torquemadia
      @Torquemadia 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Ischi Vezon 95% of all workplace fatalities are men. But yeh, thats not as strong a problem as being called bossy.

    • @Torquemadia
      @Torquemadia 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ischi Vezon Ooh a whole 3% discrepency, that makes it alright then (and your figure is out of date)
      But thanks for proving my point.
      Rather than admit that mens issues should be tackled on a governmental level, you link to an article that belittles and undermines the issues faced by men.
      How very egalitarian.
      Men are, overwhelmingly, more likely to be killed at work, but this is because they are "trying to prove their masculinity", and nothing to do with male disposibility at all.
      Meanwhile women chose not to risk their lives leading to a "wage gap" and this is also the fault of men and "patriarchy".
      And whilst the leading cause of female death may well be murder (no link I see) more men are murdered at work than women.
      But I doubt you care.
      Feminism has no interest in equality. Feminists are not interested in equality.
      And feminist, like yourself, seem to believe that issues affecting men are not really important enough to legislate against.
      But yeh, you continue to labour under the myth that you are interested in equality.

    • @Torquemadia
      @Torquemadia 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ischi Vezon Right. So now, having been caught out belittling the issues affecting men, rather than admit your bias, you go right out on the attack.
      You certainly care about equality.
      And whilst I will admit that I do have a "stereotypical femininst", which I almost certainly shouldn't have, you are doing nothing to disuade it by fitting that stereotype perfectly.

    Foreign aid in a nutshell
    Sir Wilfred: Ah, what's this you say lad? A bunch of poor countries? And all i have to do to help them is PAY? Count me in chap.
    Sir Wilfred JR: What's that you say? Conditions improved via our patronage? Great! Wait, what do you mean "not great"? Ah, they used that to breed and now there's MORE people to help? Well, the more the merrier, that's what i say~, have more money!
    Sir Wilfred the third: Same ol' same ol'? Well bloody hell, of COURSE i'll chip in for the poor people! But.. Are you certain this here plan is working..?
    Sir Wilfred the fourth: No. NO! Of COURSE i care! Of COURSE i want to help the poor! Why not? Well there's more of them than us now, and they're still just as bloody poor!

      Isabel Wolf Well ever occurred to you that in such countries boys have a responsibility towards taking care of their parents and family, while girls have not responsibilities after getting married? Taking that into consideration I can't say I don't see why they would have a preference for boys' education, since that would contribute to society more than the girl getting it, and then a job and then just getting money for herself because she has no responsibilities. If you want them getting more education and work, then they should equally share the responsibilities too.

      S Brank Where do you come from? Have you had any experience with this to declare that women have "no responsibilities after getting married" or that they work and get the money for "themself"? If we want change we need to stop thinking that "preference for boys' education, since that would contribute to societymore than the girl getting it" is true and is the normal behavior, women can't share the same responsibility than men in those countries because they are NOT ALLOW TO prepare to do it! They simply can't because they aren't allow to, without education, voice or vote, how can they?

    Personally, I feel this title is somewhat misleading. Yes, indeed it is about discrimination against women. But it is more rather discrimination against women in non western society.
    Also doesn't it occur to the creators that the "girl effect" won't have any play so long as 3 rd world country support groups aren't helping young men either? After all, a stable woman will be likely to engage with a stable man. And what good is it if there aren't enough stable men.

    For everyone here, I don't feel males in the west have more rights but less. So in the west i don't support female rights. But in the east I do support female rights because females have no rights in the east so good video i truly like it. ✌👍

    I definitely like the message this video is sharing. But I think it's important to acknowledge that women have the right to not have children if they don't want to. The video mentions these girls should be able to have children when they're ready to, not by force. This I agree with. But I think it's also important to acknowledge that they shouldn't be forced to either. Women have the right to decide for themselves if they want to have kids. Society shouldn't make it seem like women HAVE to. It's up to the lady and her significant other. Just a thought. But regardless, an excellent video with an overall great message. 👍🏼

      You said that women decide whether or not to get pregnant. But you have forgotten that in many countries around the world, especially in Africa, girls don't have that power of decision. They are a property of men. This has been rooted in societies for a long time. Girls are maimed at an early age, and when they enter puberty they are sold and have to assume the responsibilities of a wife, have children, and take care of the household chores. It is a very shocking reality to see, yet in the 21st century. Therefore we must be careful, in what we say, the reality we live is not the same as many.

    You know what really annoys me? I see ads, commercials, books, so many videos and even a whole program called "Because I am a Girl", for girls. But I see nothing for men or boys. Interesting isn't it.

      Don't fix what's not broken. Do you see a bunch of male hookers selling their body to support their family? Do you see men being careful of what their wearing making sure no one will give them looks or assume theyre asking for it?

      coolcoke4353 that is because in most situations men are the ones doing horrible things like rape and gender discrimination, this happening to a man by the way I'm not saying that doesn't happen to men: it does but it is very rare, this is why your more likely to see a video like this about a female rather than a male so please think before you write or say something like that.

      Miracle Cutie Well i sure do see boys not being able to defend themselves against women with out someone beating them up. I also see that when men try to report DOMESTIC VIOLENCE they are turned down. I know that in schools girls behavior is the IDEAL behavior . Boys are more likely to drop out of school in the usa. Boys and men are more likely to commit suicide. Boys are ridiculed when it comes to their sexuality. what is so sexist about women being self concious about how they look??

    Gender discrimination is necessary otherwise we will end up a confused mess of inane and insane humanity.
    Just as we are seeing now developing in the secular brain-dead crazy world around us.
    "11 How horrible it will be for the wicked!
    Disaster will strike them.
    What they have done will be done to them.
    12 “Children will oppress my people.
    Women will rule them.
    My people, your guides mislead you,
    and you don't know which way to go.”
    Isaiah 3:11-12 (GW)
    How true indeed!

    inequality in this political definition and human rights are NOT the same thing. NO living being should be made to suffer .however , the genders are different in needs and capabilities . to say otherwise is anti science and denies biology.I say we take a humanist approach and basic human rights for all ,rather than turn society into an war between identities.
