At 2:54 in this video you can see the XR150L bikes with wheels changed to larger for more enduro style riding (red white and black bike) and with wheels changed to 17 inch supermoto (black bike in back). Love what this channel shows is possible with this humble and affordable bike.
@@sealanderadventures i had my forks revalved and the damper rods extended by an inch. Feels a lot better compared to stock. Will do a test ride once i'm done building the bike.
Hey man can i ask you a question? iv'e put some SM wheels on my crf300l rally. but the front fork fenders hit the rubber of the wheel. iv'e cut some off the original onces but you know any company that makes some smaller ones that will fit without touching but have the original holes and clamp bracket for the hoses. Thanks in advance!
COST vrs what ya get..... for $2900 & $500 more for tax/titles & dealer fees, I can buy her outright. "Intent" for a bike is what drives us for the "Unicorn" but as I've spent 8 months researching bikes I'm coming into a new understanding? IF we created a lucky draw by naming 10 bikes & having 10 people all pull one pick, you will make that bike work. When I see a whole family on a 2 Stroke moped(4-5 people) and traveling on it, I now know fully well that any old bike will work. All we gotta do is send it to Manoy66 & it'll do everything we ever wanted....... lmao, End of Story. Get a bike & find the kultic follower's & they'll get you setup for the bike. Yes, it is that simple. Why did it take almost a year to know this & why do some rider never know? Ohh well, Manoy66 is the place to "GiT~R~Done" ! Thanks man

Always thought you could build an xr150l to be a farily good bike to tour the Philippines with a lot of mods.
A generally stock XR150L is capable already. Check out Pobreng Manlalakbay's channel as he ride and camps all over with his bike.
@TheManoy66 HP can be doubled and torque almost but comes in at almost half the rpm range. More is better, and thanks I will check out his channel
Looks very Nice! What size front/rear sprockets do you use on that setup?
Since it's rolling on bigger wheels, we installed a 13/55T 428 chain set.
@TheManoy66 Thank you very much, super fast reply, do you have ideas for the front forks as well am struggling to find ones that fit
Was that the XR150L in the first clip? Sick!!!
@@nino_reyc12 yep. Might post an update on that next week depending on time
how about 21 inch rim front with stock 17 inch rim on the rear . What tire size should i put on the rear so that it will still match the 18×4.10 size
A 120/80-17 or 4.60 x 17 would be a perfect match with a 90/90-21 or 3.00 x 21 front tire
Great video!
Can you provide some XR150 suspension upgrades. I weigh 200 lbs, and it's too soft.
Thanks brother!

Non that i know of. Trimming the fork shields is the only way
how about a CRF150L or CRF230 flairings and tank fit to that XR150L?
@@darkrai1475 the xr150l and crf150l have similar frames. In theory, the crf plastics and gas tank will fit with minor frame mods.
Love your work! I ended up buying a WR used with 1800km for just over half of new cost. It is an amazing machine!
What's the front fender on the red XR? I want one, it looks better than stock!
@@okomatic its from a CRF150L
