You’re both so sweet. I needed to hear a lot of this. I couldn’t never understand why I felt uncomfortable around feminine women. Though, I was always so drawn to their energy. But blocked off to matching their vulnerability and softness. Always feeling the pressure to hold onto control and to be the protector. Always so on edge. Instead of letting go and allowing myself to be silly and to even hug and hold hands with another woman. I would only let the feminine side of myself come out when I was alone or with a boyfriend.
This is a beautiful realization my girl. You get to release and connect to your feminine energy even around other women now. So proud of you for this ♥️

My mom experienced so much trauma in her childhood and she didn't have her mom growing up, and my parents separated when I was 11 and then I lived with my dad... to this day my mom is loving and strong but totally lives in her masculine. I never had anyone to learn about healthy feminine energy from ❤️ this is so needed, thank you

This is so beautiful 🥰 made me wants to hug my mom and my sisters. I realized the wound that she carries get us in masculine energy, because she thinks she need to set example of being strong. I think all mother needs to express themselves in healthy way, so the daughters can feel okay to express the emotions in healthy way, rather than hide it away. Warm regards for your mother.

This video is such a blessing to me. I was unmothered as a child and I aspire to have this type of bond and to set this type of example for my daughter.
You and your mom both have the same warmness in your eyes! I watched a video a while back on how to release suppressed emotion. They talked about acupuncture and how that releives tension, but like you guys said as well, dancing. They talked about how when a polar bear is struck with a tranquilizer dart, it shakes a lot after to get rid of any extra adrenaline and then once all of it is gone, it continues it's life as it would have before.
