@@letsgetlost27 yes very much so, i only upgraded it as i did because i play outdoors and needed the range. As Pheas says the gear box is quality, the air compression is very good also
great video as always! i have the larger version that came with a metal front and can say that double eage have done an amazing job again. on your comment about the maple leaf omega rubber; i had that installed on my rif but when i swapped out my barrel the rubber actually protruded into the hop-up chamber causing feeding issues. i replaced it the a prometheus purple rubber and that fixed the issue with the new barrel, could have just been an issue unique to my rif but thought i would mention it.
This is their first run of the model having the typo "riflg" on it. Friend also has it this way. I ordered mine in december and it's already corrected to rifle :)
What specific lipo did you use to get that to put out 18 rps? I have a few 11.1s all at different c rating and none with gwt me to 18rps, the highest i get is 15. Just curious. Thank you.

The gun works well, its cheap, light and well made, but if you are unlucky and break the body, u lose all the ambi features, they are not compatible with standar m4 bodies, a teammate broke the upper, not a single upper i tried to fit worked, specna, saigo, double bell, another double eagle... we had to buy a complete m4 body, a new fire selector switch, a new fake bolt catch, new selector plate and also new charging handle i believe, the only thing we could save was the magazine release.

Hello! For the unboxing videos I always use the same 11.1v 2200mah Nuprol lipo, but its a big bulky thing that wouldnt fit in the stock of this. hello! If you have a look at the DMR video I did, a tight bore barrel (around 6.02) from a good brand and a good quality hop rubber (which is more important than the barrel). For hop rubber the newest Maple leaf MR rubber is good, but I found the Delta Airsoft R hop rubber with oemga nub are amazing, so check that out too. Pheas
Hello! Ihave unboxed the Double Bell Ak47 (AKM) and though it was fantastic. Not quite as good as a CYMA AK, but very good and a good platform to build on over time. Doube Eagle Stuff is also oustanding out of the box and well worth the money! Pheas

To be honest it is so accepting of midcaps... There isn't many it won't work with. We did find that 'CCCP' brand mags didn't work and those were about it. The battle axe ones are snug but fit

Nice review except for 2 things.(1)Like most other reviewers you inadvertently actually put this range down by referring to them as starter or budget which induces a stigma from experienced owners with other brands. ..They are better equipped and stock, after the crap hop rubber is changed perform better than many costing double or more including a lot that have had a lot of expensive upgrades effectively making them 3+ x the price.. have had several brand snobs as a nice way of putting it try mine and buy one and end up leaving their much more expensive rifs as the back ups (2) This was released to Discord users 9 months ago..Did you forget about us TH-cam peasants?🤣
You know what, you are absolutely right, I am doing it a diservice. I have the AR47 and Will correctly suggest it as it is... an awesome piece of kit in its own right. As for the release it is often uploaded LONG before I release to the public as alot of things have to take presidence... or work / life gets in the way. Pheas

Good evening. Just came across your channel. The yank ones do my head in. LOL. I've just got into airsoft myself after many years thinking about it. Just had my first experience and a full blown milsim one at the invitation of a former para buddy of mine from our army cadet days. Bloody brilliant and it's safe to say I'm very much hooked. Kit wise I'm fully up to speed with everything but my own weapon system and secondary side arm and accessories. Had a great visit with a fairly local airsoft shop to me in Leicester. Superb owner introduced me to the Double Eagle you reviewed in this video. It looked a very well built quality piece of kit. My knowledge on airsoft weaponry I'm sad to say is very poor at this stage. My budget is flexible. What I appreciated about the owner of this shop is they could sell me something in the price range of Tokyo Marui, the only make I know a bit about, but why buy that when the quality of this gun is so good I could buy this and have plenty of change for all the accessories of my choice. Batteries, charger extra mags, optics etc. Would you agree with that assessment? I want something good value and good quality. Greatly appreciate your feedback. What I could look into, what to stay away from etc.
Hello and welcome to probably the best hobby in the world! I would absolutely and wholeheartedly endorse your assessment. A big part of my channel is that I wanted to show that, yes the big expensive ones are good and reliable and cool.... But you don't have to spend that sort of money, that the smaller brands / Chinese brands offer so much more value for your ££. For a beginner, intermediate platform that has outstanding performance out of the box and has an excellent life span and easily upgradable later down the line, the double Eagle stuff is exactly what people should be looking at and they continue to be my number 1 producer to recommend people looking for something that's very very good and very well priced. If you are interested... Medium to long term upgrades... Replace the MOSFET system with an Perun Hybrid V2 (amazing kit) and maybe a tight bore barrel and hop rubber, maybe even a motor and it will continue to be an outstanding piece of kit with or without those upgrades. Accuracy, penetrative etc. The fact that you need to spend a shit load more money to get the best out of this already expensive gun really took the wind out of my sails on TM......wow
