CHICKEN CAM: Day 46: WATERMELON Bantam Silkies and Cochins

I asked my husband to surprise me with a fun fruit while he got our groceries and he came home with a big watermelon. I remember hearing that chickens like it so I thought I would give it a try. Turns out ours needed a little encouragement to get them started and throwing some chicken feed on top of the watermelon seemed to help.
