Chris. you should do all the Multihull Company videos. I sat through this long presentation not only because the boat is great but also because your are knowledgeable and fun to listen to. The other presenters make even the 5 minute video seem 4 mins too long! Loved the boat, wish it was a 4 cabin.
Francisco - I am afraid that there is not. I have sailed these boats quite a bit and what we have always done is to have whoever is in the port aft cabin use the head on the owner's side. It actually works out well as the owner's side doesn't close off as one large suite, the head and owner's side cabin each have separate doors.

The owners had us market it for about eight months, but when it hadn't sold after that time, they decided to make a bunch of upgrades and go cruising for a couple more years. They love their boat! Some nice features on this boat and some strange additions without planning on dimensions etc. Like the solar panel that was installed on the salon roof deck. Overhangs the front of the roof by quite a few inches just looks sloppy. If buying items that are this expensive why don't people measure properly and purchase and design them to fit? Needs better glass on front of bimini cockpit too for improved visibility. Its not even fitted properly. Big holes for water ingress through the centre forward facing will blow straight into the cockpit area. With even a few drops of water on that plastic you won't see shit. The interior already looks a little dated. Are you sue this is a 2014? Who removes the salon table? Wtf? Central vaccuum system on a sailboat this size is plain weird. You don't need it. Having a performance sailing cat with daggerboards and then lining a closet full of cedar is pretty dumb. Seriously though, who does that? [Apart from Goldie Hawn in "Overboard"].
Some good observations. So - after you buy a Balance 451, we will come do a tour of your boat! I'm looking forward to it. Actually - this boat is currently off the market, but hull # 6 just came on the market. Definitely a few things better figured out on #6. Mostly fit, finish and saloon layout. Cy - these boats are being replaced by the new Balance 442 which is going to share more styling cues and features with the Balance 526. If you are interested in the previous model I think that the factory is going to build a few last boats which will be going for a reduced price. Let me know if you are interested.
