Pretty sure he's use a head tracker for the 44. Rifle seems more legitimate than the .44.
You can be good with a 44, but not 99% headshots on moving/jumping targets good.

Magnum. The mag has better 1 shot headshot range but the Deagle is good too. The deagle is better than any other Revolver of the game.

You can see the two enemies on the minimap before he drops down into the bottom hallway. And Locker only has so many possible places for enemies to be anyways.
