Yes nga po 4 years ago nakuha ko lawn lot sa golden haven 45k lang then pre pandemic nainquire uli ako more or less nasa around 65k na ang laki ng tinataas that was Dec 2019. Sayang nga 1 lot lang kinuha ko nun.

Great question. I think it depends on the location, some memorial parks have really high appreciation over the years and if foreclosed it can be a good deal.

Hello! Here are some answers to your questions 1. Yes po. Matatransfer po yung ownership after nyo mafullypaid ang lot. If hindi po kaya pumunta sa city, need po ng SPA/reprensentative. 2. Sa bentahan po, pwedeng ipa ask nyo kay agent yung lot pag may naghanap (w/ or w/o commission depende po sa napagusapan nyo) for transfer of ownership madali nalang po yan since si Developer meron ng nakaready na papers at ipupunta nalang po sa law firm para mapanotaryo. 3. Since sayo na po nakapangalan yung lot, ikaw na po may responsibility na magbenta nung lot. Not unless tutulungan ka po ng agent mo. Madali lang po ang proseso ng pagtransfer.
