when i have problem with connection to game, the only thing Support say to me - "restart, change internet provider, reinstall game". I do everything, and that not help. I ask them again and they say "On our side everything is working. We cannot help". Very helpful.
I look into game directory and found logs there, which they not even ask about (or ask me to look into). In logs litterally written that connection could not be established because of SSL\TLS. Because my windows is not updated. That what i am google and found! After updating windows i was able to continue game.
So instead of technical support they just say "it's your problem". And i make their job in their game!
a lot of people believed that the war stats still apply when defending after the updata came out, so I disproved it 3 years ago. Maybe IGG said that, because the boosts still apply, but since the leader isnt in battle they are useless and impossible to access.
Bah , imagine if the thing with stats would work leaderless , we don't need the leader anymore if we are leaderless in mix gear haha

The green stats are leader deployed stats. You cannot deploy a capped leader since it is in prison. The same goes for leaders that are sheltered. They aren't part of the battle.

One test you should do it attack the camp with out your leader ( but not cap) and then attack with camp with out the leader (while leader is cap). I think they are saying that it would be the same like that.
They do mean if you do leaderless March and attack when leader is capped stats remain same, it's definitely change when you have leader in march,try a march without leader and same March by capping leader

IGG support in America is the only support that dosnt know about their game. If you ask IGG support in China or Singapore you will get a different answer. Cos IGG China supports are paid depending on their knowledge of the game and skills to know things about the game without searching. Like when I started in SiChuan Office as a game tester I was only paid about 800chinese dollars or 110 usd per month. But was just for fun. Different country office have different knowledge depending on their department manager

honestly not surprised. I've contacted their support countless times and have always been met with absolute incompetence. If they can't copy-paste something pre-written straight away, you'll just get some random crap answer that doesn't apply to reality.
Well i will let you know that i have been into this kind of job and the thing when customer care reply to your message they don't have to type into the keyboard, the ai stuff just give you option to click and respond so if they were not that good of a taste or bad in english understanding they will just pick random sentence from what ai showing on the screen

Prince I think I know what it means the stats are still active on your leader but to get the stats your leader needs to be in battle to have the stats work

Technically IGG is correct. your talents and gear still function as if you had your leader. You just don't get the war boosts due to not being able to deploy the Leader. The answer of IGG is nonetheless misleading, but you showed a great example of the correctness... your stats and boosts remained the same even after capped. And yes he specifically asked whether or not they would still be active, but the first response of Reki was "it still functions the same as when you have your lead" and that sentence is 100% true.
When your capped the green stats may stay the same but that does not mean that it is currently functioning. The truth is that the gear is not functioning with regards to those war stats. The answer given is misleading and incorrect.
Yes and no, the answer is semi incorrect, when the question was reasked whether or not the boosts stay active, the answer was incorrect in that regard that you won t be able to deploy your leader, the gear still functions exactly the same way it would if you weren t capped though
@@kirberos932 in respect to admin boosts on that gear yes, but not war stats. So therefor the gear would not function fully
@@worthyprince If you have war gear on and you send a leaderless march, The gear functions as it should and doesn't give the boost. Same goes for when you are capped. It functions according to the statement that the leader needs to be deployed for the war stats to be applied. so whether you are capped or not, doesn't change the simple rule that without deploying your leader you don't get war statss from the gear and thus the gear works the same no matter if capped or not. What is different is that you can neither deploy your leader nor have it on your wall which results in you not getting said war stats.

The gear will not function the same as when you does not have a leader, because as you stated the leader would not be deployed. So..."drumroll" the gear will not operate "samely" if he does not have a leader.
I’ve always been confused by that pop up when you are capped that says everything is still the same when it clearly isn’t lol

Getting capped is like having your leader in the shelter. The only difference is you can't swap gears when you're capped

Certain war gear stats do apply such as speed boosts. This is what they are referring to although they have no idea since they don't actually play the game. Support just thinks all stays the same
The gears and talents boost still will be active even after getting capped but u don't have ur leader,s boost
I seen this test once on a rally trap. The rally trap with leader capped the march like normal but without lead burned and lost most of the frontline.
But according to IGG your stats work the same without your leader
You still have the stats for defence only. If you're sending a march without a leader weather capped or not it's a noodle. I remember when this update came out a couple years ago. Again, stats are in effect if you are attacked...

There are so many glitches apart from the issue you raised Princy. Even I mailed the development team, but the replay doesn't match to my concern. I feel the development team is just after money and least bothered about providing a quality and healthy game.
To my observation monster damage does not work per clause as mentioned. Some times even it reduces the damage rate with the same combination of heros and gear. I mailed the same (along with screenshots) to development team regarding damage of monster issue the reply was not at appropriate.
Even in Colosseum battles combination of heroes are worse. Players who have low might of same heros are winning the battles.
If we contact the support team they will write illogical answers or they'll ask us to mail the development team. For any gaming related issues they will simply say to restart or suggest us to uninstall and install the game.

i think its the opposite like since in the 2nd march u didnt send ur leader cuz there was none to send so the leader boost dont apply like in normal terms as when u send a leaderless t4 march u do less damage then a leader t4 march isnt that right so i feel like igg made it like u can use ur leader stats when its capped but the thing is theres not a single way u can use them as in wall the leader gets replaced with someone else and when attacking it u cant send so i just think they messed up their code or shit
exactly, you cannot utilise your war stats when your are capped, which is the opposite of what this customer service rep said. They said "your gear will function as normal" which is wrong and very misleading.
what igg means is ur talent points before the leader capture will be active ( as the white number) not the leader stat. leader stat is completely different , only when leader is deployed it will be effective. Now does ur monster hunting equipment needs ur lead stat , no it doesn't. but if possible can u do a check for me, use a admin hero as ur leader and make it capture see if the specific admin stat remain same even with that specific hero gone or not. suppose trickstar as a lead, will u lose 25% research stat if its capture or will it remain the same.

For the test to work better you need to test the match leaderless even If you are Not capped, and remove the lead from the castle When he hits you without being capped. Essentially what IGG says is you keep your base ,gear and fury boosts. They have War stats, just Not the leader stats. So Even If you dont get capped and attack leaderless your attack is weaker.
leaderless march when I'm not capped would be the same, as the leader needs to be deployed in the march for the stats to take effect. being capped and removing the lead are the same thing. Taking more damage on my castle as shown in the video when I'm capped shows you that my battle stats have lowered due to being capped. This proves that when your capped your war stats "from gear" do not apply. Therefor what the customer service rep said was in fact misleading and false.
@worthyprince I agree with you but his point is actually valid for testing purposes. It would make more sense to test with leader in march, leader not included in march, leader sheltered, and then leader capped.
this is old news, they changed the tool tip like a year and a half ago and people did testing then to make sure

Prince, I think alter boost still affects the results. Get capped by another then let a different person test
Just to let you guys know even if igg customer support know their game the thing is that they don't use keyboard to answer your question maybe from what i know from many company customer support the ai stuff on the computer just give the option to choose to reply and answer the question when customer ask, so maybe it just there is no option for that guys to choose to reply to you he just have to pick something else to answer. I have been to once of the type of customer support and we do that all the time no typing on the keyboard the option to answer is already there just pick one and send😅😅. Except with voice they have to speak with their own mouth
The answer is you still need the leader for anything you do with the leader in.. green buf of your attack need the leader join in..

For the first one, those stats only apply for defense. Still, I've noticed it's better than it used to be, but not the same as having your gear. Feels like about 50% of gear stats. 🤔 Test defending your castle. Once with no gear equipped and reset talents, once while capped in gear, and once with gear and leader.

I know igg support don't know a thing but technically he is right. Everything works as you have your leader, the thing is to take advantage of the gear and talents he needs to be in battle. You won't get leader bonuses in turf while he is in a fort even tho he isn't capped simply because he needs to be in battle. If you are capped and for some miracle your leader would appear on wall your stats probably would count, the problem is while capped it will never happen. But technically it works the same.
so if the stats do not apply when your leader is captured how does that work the same? I'm baffled by some of the comments here stating that it all works the same. Only ADMIN boost will still be maintained when your capped. Food upkeep, gathering, monster hunt, familiars, however battle stats WILL NOT apply. Regardless whether of not they show in green, it's the white stats that matter when your leader is captured. This was demonstrated very clearly in the video. The IGG employee was misleading and most importantly incorrect.
@@worthyprince Cause it works the same, rules don't change. To have those stats you need to use your leader the thing is while capped there is no way to use him. His response was misleading and unclear but technically he wasn't wrong. Those boosts are active but since your leader isn't on your wall or in any other march you won't get any advantage from them, just like when he isn't capped but outside the turf, in fort for instance (ofc considering someone attacks your turf, not fort).
@@MrSiwyy1802 It's extremely misleading. The question specifically stated "when I am Captured" and the staff replied saying it would work the same when you don't have your leader" This, is incorrect. There is no maybe here, it's a complete incorrect statement, as it will not work the same if you do not have your leader.

I also find it weird to defend IGG here, this is a customer support interaction. So clearly not the place for IGG to give shady unclear answers that leave room to interpret one way or another. Especially as the initial intro to the question was unclear wording by IGG in the game. IGG should have specified that the stats are the same, but the ones tied directly to your leader in battle will not apply if your leader is not taking part in the battle. So no, a defence does not function the same with your leader capped or otherwise outside of your castle when an attack hits you. If it was a decent support rep, he'd even specify which stats you lose, where you find those numbers etc.
Its quite easy though, ur stats remain.. but u cant send ur leader so the "leader deployed" stats dont work but, all of the other stats will remain.

I wouldn't expect a customer service rep to fully understand fine details like this. IGG intentionally doesnt talk about specific game mechanics to encourage players to experiment. pretty much all you get is the in game description and thats all IGG want you to know
For the monster test - you didn't account for sequential hits either. So the test isn't completely valid. lol.

hmm when you hit the monster 1st time boost shows 700+ dmmg boost and without lead 26% , so this is kinda weird
igg should do an update so it doesn't show as if the war gear was working! I think that any war activity (that needs the leader) will not work. they must specify that only PVE talents and gear work without the leader... they really don't play their own game lol

Ummm for the attack experiment you did, it won't work as youre sending your march leaderless. If you don't send the leader you don't get any gear stats anyways Prince. I hope you read this. I am saying this after watching 6:05 of the video. Prince, my biggest question is, WILL THE GREEN STATS WORK ON A DEFENSE? I wonder. I don't think it should work. But according to IGG it should work. Verify that (by taking a rally I guess🌚)

IGG isn’t wrong, the stats still apply but you don’t get to use war talents or gear because your leader isn’t deployed but from a game coding perspective they aren’t lost they’re there just unable to be accessed for war since your leader can’t join the battle to utilize the “leader deployed” stats
But those igg guys don’t know anything about the game either and their answer is extremely misleading if they’re going to say you don’t lose them they should also explain that they won’t apply in combat due to the fact that your leader isn’t “deployed”
that inf camp test has an incorrect setup. you dont activly send your lead, therefore you dont get green stats. no matter if capped or not.
for the castle test borg would need a 60 lead for the first hit too, to achieve a comparable result (not saying igg chat guy is right or wrong)
Borg did already have a level 60 lead so there was no difference in the stats.
The first test was to show the difference between lead and no lead, and then the castle defence was to show that the stats do not apply.
It's all very simple. The customer service staff was indeed very much mistaken here.
What about artifact leader boosts? They never said those remain active, just talents, equipment and hero skills.
Remember artifacts provide base stats (stats in white), leader deployed stats (stats in green) and battle fury stats (when you fury). The artifacts that require your leader to be deployed will be green stats and will not be active if your leader is capped.
Just Delete the game.

Are you mental, as after capturing of your own leader the boost still work but only in your own turf not outside of turf
Try one more test go in construction gear then click any building to upgrade and see it's time and then send you leader to prison while wearing that construction gear and when you again upgrade that same building you will find the same time
And about that Army Injured is because that your leader has been captured the one hero is changed and this affect some
Lords AI: “ when your leader is captured, the stats related to leader deployment will become ineffective for defending your castle. However, the stats related to leader's talents, equipment, and hero battle skills will still apply for defense.”
Player: When do equipment stats apply?
Lords AI: “The equipment stats apply when the Leader is deployed with the equipment or when the Leader is defending the city with the equipment. “
Seems like a fancy way of saying only Hunting , Training, construction, craft, research gear can be used while you are capped because those do not require leader deployed . But yea support doesn’t play their game XD
Why don't they just remove the boost where he's player cannot see the % when left is cap, meaning take away whatever % boost is lost rather than have players guess what is really happening.

You didn't get artifacts leader boost
heres the answer: leader boosts are still active when capped... the difference is if the leader is executed... then you lose all boosts - this has been tested on traps.. huge difference
The stats in green are no longer active. This has always been the case in the game from day one. All the update changed is now non-war stats will remain active. i.e. gathering, speed boosts, monster hunt, etc... Prior to the update these boosts were inactive if you got capped. The problem is some people just haven't played that long to know the difference. You cannot deploy a captured leader so you cannot have access to stats which require your leader to be deployed.
I'm wondering in my mind that some of their staff is taking advantage and naking their own money through LM system weaknesses. Like creating "BOTS' server????? Just wondering
They know their game very well. They know the markets very well. They control all the hidden variables behind the scenes in this game. They pay third party companies to play the game and create competition to get people to spend more money. Its the same tactic online gambling sites use to get people on them. They give people their currency for free and make it seem glamorous so they will spend real currency. This game is a giant gambling addiction and every decision they make is based on revenue stream
There are so many more games that do precisely the same thing. It is and always has been a cash grab. Is it fun? Sure. But do the developers care much for the player base? Only if there is a problem that is effecting revenue stream
Prince u wjll actually have those stats , but not when u attack, when u defend u will still have those stats even u are capped , by defend i mean when they attack your castle not camp , in simple terms if u are in war gear and talents and u got capped then u will have your stats when u defend your castle, but if u attack or defend othet than your castle u will lose stats, thats why a rally trap gets leader capped and still take a rally because he is defending his castle and he will still have the stats so it doesn't matter if the leader is there or not to a rally trap as long as he got capped in war gwar and talents of war , but that leader boost will be inactive i mean eg:- rose knight army atk 20% , hope this helps:)

No you are wrong. You will only retain the base stats. Those traps will take a lot more damage leaderless than they would with leader. Even if your leader is not capped, but just sheltered for example, you only receive the base stats from your war gear because your leader is not deployed. Prior to this update no boosts at all remained active from gear. All the update did was make boosts like speed, monster hunt, reduced upkeep, etc... remain active if you got capped.
well, am not IGG support, but i can tell, that is incorect, the only tallents that remain active while capped, are farming tallents and gear farming stats , war tallents are not activated sins its in grean and only used with the leader. igg support do not know the entier game functionalities, and yes this does answer the question, igg do not play thier own game, this update is very old one, not sure why it did surface again.
But the talent remain the same if capped. Before the talent doesn’t count. Now talent count but gears stats doesn’t count
No, that is not entirely correct. Before the update, all of the talents became ineffective when your leader was captured. After the update, only the talents that do not require your leader to be deployed remain active. This means that the war talents are no longer active. You can test this out easily without even losing your leader. Adjust the atk talents and you will see that it impacts the deployed boosts not the base boosts. That means you need your leader deployed for it.

@obiyt6382 You test and then get back to me. When you add attack talents the green stats increase (leader deployed stats), not base stats hence you need your leader for the war talents. I will repeat the only thing the update changed as far as talents is before no talents remained active if your leader was capped. Now the non-war talents will remain active.

You did the test on camp, that doesnt work like that. What they're saying is that boosts stay actives on turf when leader's captured. Or you're doing tests out of you turf. Dont confuse thing. Set a rally with your leader in doesnt mean you are captured other wise even when rallying, your sturf+rally would actually have the leader boost whats absurd. Then leader boost is active "on turf" when you leader is "captured". The fact is only that you will have 4/5 heroes on your wall then your will be missing 1 hero on the wall only.
You can do a test by destroying your wall, do a solo attack on you woth another acc, and then get capped on an alt and then test the same solo march.
