Board update, I’ve had this board for about 2 months and put around 400 miles on it. On my last ride one of the motors went out. I emailed meepo and they sent me a new motor and esc so there customer service has approved a lot from a couple years ago.
Did not realize at the time of ordering but you were the inspiration to ordering the MEEPO FLOW, It arrived today 51 Days by sea to SCOTLAND UK “It’s the best thing since sliced bread” “WAAH-PAAH” Thankyou and the MEEPO TEAM😊
Ordered this board the day it came out I had the meepo v4 ER and I was always curious about the mini cruiser boards so I had to make the purchase. It just showed up today and let me say this board is a blast by far the most fun board I’ve ever had. The power in this board is insane compared to any hub motor board. And the carving capabilities of this board is next level. Highly recommend the meepo flow to any rider who has some experience on a board.

I’ve been riding my Meepo Flow for work the past 2 weeks, 10 miles each way to downtown SD. Takes about 30-35 minutes each way but I’m addicted! So much fun but you gotta know when to back off and get familiar with the local road conditions when you’re gonna be routinely riding with traffic
Yes!!!!! This is what they are meant for! It may be a few minutes slower than a car but it’s LIFE CHANGING for the amount of fun and excitement and positive energy for you! Just being that much more happier getting to work, I’m sure it’s been a great mood changer for you!
@@DrewElia I love your review by the way, so well done! I’m just barely getting familiar with a GoPro and recording some of my journeys. Quick update though- while I’ve had my share of spills, I just yesterday ate SHIT doing a little over 25mph on a quiet road I would’ve least expected to fall… broke one of the small bones in the wrist and found out I fractured a finger from a few weeks ago previously. Comes with the territory but it was totally my fault- did not have a proper, legit wrist guard, just a hi-impact glove which helped against road rash but it totally ripped up. Also busted my upper lip so it looks I got my ass beat, lol. Wearing a “Thousand” helmet helped with the little bill in the front make contact first. @@DrewElia yeah, i think it has, but my eyes need pure bamboo/wood on the top of the board. I think its make a great contrast with the high tech setup, only personal preference.
The Stella was a powerful wide stance board. The meepo flow with the DKP and surf style was a carve machine. Fast charger is nice as well with the flow. The deck on the flow was a direct copy of the stoke from evolve basically, a lot of fun though. And because of the DKP it carves more than the Stella mini. Hard choice, more powerful and more range in the Stella, carve and fast charger on the flow! You’re going to win with either choice my man! I have discounts for both of them if you’re interested in either one!
Hello Drew, you missed some bits in this lovely romantic picture of this board which would be relevant to your viewers. This board is very heavy and since you cannot drag it like a longboard it is extremely non portable. Also, I sold my Stoke since I felt I was very high up which makes you feel insecure. Even worse with this board given the risers. Not to mention low quality and support of Meepo.
Hey, appreciate you’re input. And as far as heavy, that’s relevant to other short boards this boars would be heavier than the stoke due to the extra batteries and bigger motors. The riser pads could be removed and placed with thinner ones Ive seen a lot of people do that. I did say that this board is a midi in between the short longboard style. I just grab the rear bash guard and drag it behind me. Electric skateboards are subjectively heavier compared to regular short boards, so weight or portability is compared within the eskate world. Lighter than a eskate longboard and 2-1 that weigh 35-40lbs. As far as quality of tech support I don’t know what to say, they are biased out of China pending your location and time zone it takes time to get answers back from any company. But you still have a perspective warranty with them within your allotted time.
Oh man it came up real quick while I was furiously pressing the power button 5x in a row! I'm doing sets a with 1sec breaks in between as if I was pressing dumbbells 😄 I missed it and clicked out of it before getting to explore it though. It's impossible to pull it up again.
I got it! Brake and two clicks of power lets me see the settings. Brake and three clicks lets me change settings. Weird because the instructions on the back of the remote doesn't even mention hitting the brake. Anyway thanks for the help bro!
This what the stoke 2 should've been. But evolve was lazy and complacent with the refresh. Bigger/better battery, bigger motors, better trucks, better wheels (arguably ) Just every single component is improved on. Well done meepo.
Meepo did a very good job and fit and finish of this board, they stepped up with the battery, enclosure, esc, motors, I wish they went with a different deck just so it wasn’t as close of a copy, but it is still a very good looking board in my opinion.
Seemed to have seen this board many years ago. I also love the wheels but Meepo did not make these. They buy them from the same place and order with their logo.
Yes you’re correct on both of those 😂 wheels are a knock off of boosted / mad wheels and the deck is like the Stoke, but the board specs and build quality is very very good.
Poor decision to mount the motors towards the kicktail... Most electric miniboards with a kicktail place the motors towards the front, leaving plenty of room for the kicktail when you pop it. Oh well.

7:37 how do you access that menu on the remote?
Pull back on the break, and hit the function button 5 times rapidly
@@DrewElia that didn't work for me. I appreciate you replying though 💪
@vicfrom47 turn the board on, pull back on the break click one of the buttons 5 times if not the top than the bottom on the remote.
Bigger/better battery, bigger motors, better trucks, better wheels (arguably )
Just every single component is improved on.
24-25 range is their claim, what did u get ?? most I ve seen are 15-16mi.,not good, thats less than an hour of riding
Yeah never take any company claims to heart. They normally are under ideal conditions with a lightweight rider at a slow speed.
Poor decision to mount the motors towards the kicktail... Most electric miniboards with a kicktail place the motors towards the front, leaving plenty of room for the kicktail when you pop it. Oh well.
Yeah, I like the motors facing in as well, but it’s got the motor guard on it so it has protection
Ironic, ride the never ending wave as Evole´s slogan and this is a near identical copy of the Stoke.
I actually didn’t know that, 😂
@@DrewElia Yeah, I get it and missed your play on the Stoke the first time.
🛹☮️🤙

Is that a bad thing?
