@9:01 there is possibly an error in the table. Charge rate (km/min) of 3.7 kW looks better than 7.4 kW. Conceptually, it should be the reverse i.e. charging using 7.4 kW must give more km per minutes as compared to lower power 3.7kW.

Is it bad to charge with travel charger or AC wall box whenever you reach home unless you travelled a long distance. Wouldn't it be better to have a "full tank" every morning instead stressing to find a charging station?
for me Ac charge make common sense at work, home, mall. since we spend hours in there. but DC or supercharger are valid on petrol station or any RNR since people doesnt want to stay for so long during their trip. I really hope Malaysia infrastructure improve on charge cause by go on many people will change their car to EV , and we dont want to be stuck waiting for line on stations.

Have a feeling full EV still not that suitable for people living in apartments unless the apartments have significant amount of AC charging points. Many apartments still do not even have that facility. Charging at the public charging station with charging rate per minute would be very costly for over hours of charging, may even cost more than petrol. And using high voltage/current DC fast charging regularly would degrade the battery faster.
You don't really need to charge it everyday. I live in high rise with an EV. I usually charge at shopping mall and office or go makan near a DC charging hub and my car would be fully charge after my meal, and I'm good for the week
I own a BMW EV and living in a condo with no EV charger. I typically charge at DC station or office which provides AC charger. I can assure, I only charge once a week for city use.. and on average I spent Rm60 on DC charger from 10% to 80%. If I charge at the office, it’s free. I only pay for parking. Full day is only Rm20 for parking. All considered, it is still cheaper than owning an ICE conti car and a lot more fun to drive.

Yes, infrastructure at older apartment/mall/office lot/etc simply may not be viable to build charging station.
