Would you consider doing a video about how to build a well-rounded fragrance wardrobe? I would love to hear your thoughts on that. You have such a lovely collection that seems like a good balance between serviceability and also fragrances that you love. I would love to know your thought processes regarding sampling, filling “holes” in your collection, how you decide what is full bottle worthy, etc.

I’d love to film that but I’m afraid it will be scant on useful tips - I honestly just “follow my nose” when it comes to perfume purchases. It’s not much of a calculation, and there is no specific strategy here. The only questions I ask myself is “do I like it” and “will I use it”. I wish there was more to it but that’s really it 😅

I wore my sample to an early evening artsy semi-casual theatre performance recently and it felt really perfect for the occasion! Fell in love with it but I’m a bit hesitant still, bc the longevity was really poor. But really classy-sexy for sure :)

One of my favorite fragrances. Too bad the performance is honestly terrible. I can spray half the bottle and the smell will be gone within an hour. Hope they fix the formula

Musc Noir For Her Narciso Rodriguez (a recent purchase for me - a fun musky plum, quite sweet)
Naughty Fruity by Mugler (exclusive line)
Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears (a bit plastic but very affordable)
Hypnotic Poison Dior - one of the best IMO
Poison by Dior - a plum floral
Black Tulip by Nest (powerful sillage)
Plum Japonais by Tom Ford (pricey but very worth it if it's in your budget)
The One by Dolce&Gabbana (easy people-pleaser, but quite popular so you won't be "unique" in your scent choice, if that's important to you)

@@BeautyNotes thank you for your message. It wasn’t even that I didn’t like the scent. It was because there was literally no scent to like. I have never had this experience before. And my sense of smell is working 🙂
@@MariaSantos-ow6ce that's interesting. It is distinctly there for sure for me and for many others. I suspect you somehow are anosmic to it...that happens to me with some scents. Bronze Goddess from Estee Lauder, for example, smells like literally nothing to me, as if I was spraying water - but obviously everyone else does not share the same experience :))
@@BeautyNotes yes it is an interesting experience. And I read the comments of women who love the scent. It’s sounds lovely even if I cannot smell it.
