I'm surprised that there are some people like Ronnie teaching and giving this knowledge for free to help people to speak English specially nowadays everyone does anything for money,we love You Ronnie, thank You for every second of your time you are wasting and giving to us 😊
All of the Teachers who work for EngVid get paid very well. But they are amongst some of the best ones on TH-cam (Try “Maple Leaf ESL” as well). So they truly deserve the money they get 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This is your courage and honesty...atleast you accepted you mistakes....now you won’t do it again.......For example..Thomas Alva Edison/had made 1000 mistakes after that he invented Bulb.. So Keep Trying Today people won’t understand but After next 5 year They will listen you.. 🙏✌️....
Mukesh Tiwari I get what you are trying to say but it has nothing to do with courage to say that you make mistakes while learning something new. I make a living teaching people how to speak French and I have to remind them every single day that mistakes are a part of the process. Native speakers (English, French,...) make mistakes with their own native language. I started learning English when I was 27, I now teach in English, my business is in English and I still make mistakes. There is no progress without mistakes. So he can say whatever he wants, it tells more about him than about me.
Hi Ronnie, I've been teaching English for 18 years so far, you are totally right about how we, Spanish speakers , try to figure out English. However, I must say that I had never heard about uncountable nouns such as fish, deer, and sheep; I've always taught them as irregular plural forms, the same with man, woman, or children. I understand uncountable nouns are those that need a container or measuring unit to be counted. You're a great teacher, I love your work! Greetings!
Hi, Ronnie! You have done great job! Thank you for that! But I think it would be better not to write the wrong forms of plurals on the desk before because during all the video people watch the mistakes and remember them.
I am surprised that it snowed this afternoon in Toronto--it's April 😂 I absolutely love your channel Ronnie; I have never experienced a truly fun way studying English grammar before I came across your channel. Keep up the superb work! 😊
Uma aula muito importante, fiquei realmente supreso que, apesar de estudar ingles há muito tempo, eu não sabia dessa regra com a palavra "slang" e "information" e "fish" etc.
Great teacher Ronnie. She makes my day better and better any time I saw your vídeos. I've learned a lot from her.Thank you Ronnie for give us a chance to Learn English. ☺💋📚
Ronnie, you really ROCK, you always have had the just right lesson for understand the unundesrtable about some items of English language, principally for no mother of tongue students..
The way you r teaching and guiding us rs commendable. I am a student of higher class. Would you like to teach us in accordance with our educational level.
Roonie, I love your classes. Thanks God/nature/universe for Roonie's life. Roonie, I got a big suprise when I discover that shrimp is an uncountable noun. I was so shocked that I looked for more information on internet and I'd like to share with you these three results stating shrimp is countable as well: - www.dictionary.com/browse/shrimp - www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/shrimp - dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/learner-english/shrimp I love your slang classes, bad words, nusty words, dirty words etc. English speaking "tryers", like me, must express ourselves in a different, bad and good situations. You are the best. You delivery us a real world like it is. Thanks, thanks, thanks a lot!!!
Who loves Ronnie like me? Lovely gifted teacher. She needs an award for her sweet English class and dedication all these years on youtube sharing her knowledge. I wish I had her as my teacher when I was in school.
"I think when they were making my language, they were drunk, mmhmm" Meanwhile I am sitting at my computer, fascinated by evolutionary linguistics, *_feeling dissed_*
When it comes to “everybody wants” I’m always surprised that my students keep making this mistake although in our language (Polish) we do exactly the same thing, I mean we also use singular after these words.
In India we Indians avoid such wrong websites who teach wrong things but on the other hand, of course there are many who really have good content like yours. :)
I could be mistaken but according to the dictionary I use, words like sheep, deer, moose, etc., are actually countable. They just take on the singular form when used as a plural. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to say, for example, 3 sheep. I stand corrected.
My roommate Jerry thinks the word “mine” is plural. Because sometimes he’ll say “that’s mine’s” and “mine’s” isn’t a word unless you’re saying “mine’s the same as yours”
Amazing tips, Ronnie! I've been leaving I'm Canada for 8 months and I always get confused with everyone, everybody... Now I put a charge with my notes on my desk and I won't forget anymore. Thank you!
Thank you Ronnie and Engvid. Thank you ronnie. for your tips to use english grammar correctly.. thanks for the knowledge you shared to me. God bless you ronnie..
I usually explain that you can generalize in the singular or the plural. "Each," "every," and "per" are singular. The middle column is either mass (non-count) nouns or irregular plurals.
Ronnie, thanks for your fun and interesting lessons. Regarding the phrase" None of the ..." , I guess if it follows by an uncountable noun the verb is gonna be singular. Like we say " None of the information was useful. " Whereas if it follows by a countable noun , both singular and plural verbs are correct. Of course, singular verb is more formal and grammatical. For example, " "None of the books is/ are exciting. " Hope I'm correct! After all, I'm an English teacher! 😉 Keep up the good job! 👍❤
Thank you Roonie for your classes!! Could you explain us when use each verb tense, please? All of them in the same video, please, please, please PS. And the 4 types if condicionals. Thank you very much in advanced! XX
I love your style during the course, it gives me ambition in the continuous pursuit of learning English. I love you my best teacher. Thank you for lesson.
Thanx a lot Ms Ronnie You are a fabulous teacher and I've been learning a lot from you. I have one note about the word "Vocabulary" as I know and as the Longman, Meeriam, and Cambridge dictionaries say that we can delete the letter Y in this word and add IES at the end of it and make it plural. Pleas accept my criticism :)
I'm surprised that there are some people like Ronnie teaching and giving this knowledge for free to help people to speak English specially nowadays everyone does anything for money,we love You Ronnie, thank You for every second of your time you are wasting and giving to us 😊
For free? She gets paid by uyube
Eeveryone creates his own way to get money,at least she's not asking them to pay because she's getting pay by TH-cam which means it still good
All of the Teachers who work for EngVid get paid very well.
But they are amongst some of the best ones on TH-cam (Try “Maple Leaf ESL” as well). So they truly deserve the money they get 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ummmm! Not her payment its about she is teaching us for free
Ronnie is so gorgeous. Many thanks from your Ukrainian fan ♥
After almost 5 years learning English, I still got some of them wrong! Good reminder to keep learning every day 🤷🏼♀️
salah rico you know that you don’t have to make fun of people on the internet to feel better about yourself?
facts it pisses me off when someone make fun of me.it doesn't make sense
This is your courage and honesty...atleast you accepted you mistakes....now you won’t do it again.......For example..Thomas Alva Edison/had made 1000 mistakes after that he invented Bulb..
So
Keep Trying
Today people won’t understand but
After next 5 year They will listen you..
