I mean they are different cars. You can’t compare a car that cost more and less. Plus what are you looking for. If you don’t care about room then the Elantra if you care about room and more power than the sonata. You need to compare trims or same cars in the segment
The 1.6 Turbo is more fun. More get up and go, pulls better, very smooth. Have a K5 GT LINE with premium package. Test drove this with this 2.5 engine. Very noticeable difference. But did like this cars revamp, and drove nicely.
No idea, but I think it’s gonna be the same. It’s either front wheel drive or all wheel drive when it comes to features or spec. Nothing really changes
I think I like the accord more. I think the sonata looks amazing and I love it. But I feel like the accord drives better and feels more solid. If you want features then go with the Sonata if you want a great engine transmission then definitely Honda but with Honda you don’t get a lot of features
@Iegend17 definitely the accord hybrid, not the 1.5t. The accords with the 1.5t are having headgaskets blowing left and right, plus the hybrid is more refined than the loud and coarse 1.5t. Great review btw
@Iegend17 oh oh, you let your Honda fanboy favoritism show! Lol😊 actually thier 1.5 Turbo is having issues with head gasket failures, and also taking out the Turbo bearings because of coolant in the oil. Its happening before 100.000 miles, but usually AFTER the warranty has expired. So far Honda is refusing to address the issue, and denying any claims for repairs. Hopefully they will get behind thier customers and do the right thing.
Great POV! One thing I noticed is you mentioned that there's a convenience package installed in the car your drove. However, in the Hyundai website, there's no option to add such package. I wonder why is that? Is it possible that the model shown in your videos is the Limited trim, not the SEL?
Just bought mone last week. Friggen love it. Only thing is i got the dsrk grey color which really doesn't show off body details. And BTW its. HUN-day not HON- day.
I can’t remember, but to be honest it’s not a dealbreaker because wireless carplay is annoying because it doesn’t connect all the time and sometimes it disconnects out of nowhere. I even experienced that in high-end cars like BMW and Mercedes-Benz
Yes, these all come with wireless car play and android auto. Mine works great. Occasionally will drop, but quick to reconnect. I think it's because there are certain areas that are dead zones. Have one near me I know exactly where it will drop every time, so I take a slightly different route.
@@kris.notchrisit’s online and there are videos on it too I have asked dealerships about it cause that’s what I want they not sure about when they will arrive some say it’s coming first quarter of the year some say ending of the year idk
@sakeenahosman2824 I also really want the hybrid. But the only videos I've seen about it have been from the limited trim at the auto show a couple months ago.
Please if you can don’t take the black interior one because it’s not showing the details of the interior clearly. Also, I really love you videos really great content ♥️
And need another 2k to put leather seats elsewhere. Don’t have Bose audios system with 12 speakers that I have in my sonata 2021 sel convenience package, not rear vents. Among other things. To(o)* much money for a panoramic sunroof and 18” wheels.
it's pretty much that expensive everywhere. another guy was paying over 3K for a Forte. I asked someone about their Elantra, and same deal. it's either really expensive, or companies refuse to insure you all together cuz kia boyz. granted I do live in Texas, and our cost is higher than average, but for my Volkswagen GTI I currently pay $1200 a year. @@Iegend17
Test drive both. Then decide. I test drove multiple cars in 2021, including the Camry. My favorite was the kia K5. And as it turned out they were offering 0.0 intrest for 60 months. BONUS.! Saved me couple thousand dollars I would have paid otherwise. Love the car. 3 years old this month. Been flawless.
Hmmm it seems to be quite loud for the engine sound in the cabine. Also wind noises while driving can cause headachse on long trips but I mean we will never get it here in Europe therefore nothing of concern.

I purchased this car 3 days ago my 6th Hyundai and my fourth Sonata by far the best Sonata I ever owned
Love your review. I love POV drives. Hopefully, we can get a nighttime one soon.
Thank you so much. I appreciate it. Soon for sure :)
Thank you for the review and as a reviewer you are the best explaining everything step by step in a very organized way.
I really appreciate that. It means a lot! 👌🏼💪🏼
4:38 SEL plus that came with 1.6 turbo. But so far they haven’t shown in their website for this new facelift
Yes thank you. Yes I hope they do soon
the 1.6 turbo has been dropped for the sonata in 2024
Can you also review the nline? Be curious if is any quicker. I thought I read it is a bit lighter.
Would you recommend this car or the 2023 elantra n line? I'm going to a dealership today!

Kinda bummed out that Hyundai dropped SEL+ and 1.6T for 2024, super happy with my 2023

Noicceeee😮!! Do u have information about the AWD version still waiting to see what type of spec it got!!

I love the new Hyundais, but I'm not crazy about the big ole' Hyundai "H" on the front of the hood.
Will the AWD have a sun roof as well?
It should
How is the cabin noise when compared to a Camry?
Great review
Sonata is my lovely ❤ car 🇹🇲
Does it have any interior ambient lighting?
You switched to normal mode when you got on the expressway, what drive mode were you in before?
That was sport mode when I took the curve then got on the highway
How would you compare this to the new accord 1.5 in terms of driving and power?

Can I find out the engine size of the car? I think I missed it in the video
@@ramzihanpar6669 they have two different engines. 2.5 and 1.6t
@@Iegend17 There are 1.6t ; 2.0 hybrid ; 2.5 and 2.5t engines. I was just asking which engine the one in this video has, bro.
I got lucky mine came with 20inc rims and red leather seats
Hey bro please does it have ambient lighting
No sadly. I believe the limited and n line
There is a hybrid SEL trim that has it, but it is not yet available

Don’t worry about it lol
n line is quieter with acoustic glass....
on the left part of the screen is that a blank panel or is it a speaker?? Thanks.
Plastic sadly but tbh it would be nice to have it as a mini info screen of some sort
I keep it in sport mode
I would call this a little more than a refresh lol
