Magic Kingdom, Walmart Shopping & Cheddar Scratch Kitchen | DISNEY WORLD VLOG DAY 1

- Welcome to our latest vlog from Walt Disney World! Its Day 1 which sees us battle the elements to enjoy our morning in the Magic Kingdom.
The constant rain helped keep the crowds low and allowed us to get on some of our favourite rides in the theme park. We also get to try some of the latest snacks in the park as well as some of our classic favourites.
As the weather gets worse we head out for lunch to Cheddar Scratch Kitchen on the 192 in Kissimmee (Just short of a 10 minute drive away from Disney Property and an ideal location if your looking for food close to Disney World thats slightly cheaper than the restaurants on site.
Once we finished we headed over to @ThemeParkBazza & Mrs Bazza's house to carry out the UK inspection of their brand new pool before finishing the night off with a trip to Walmart to be able to pick up our essential items for the remainder of the week.

Oh the 6am opening times, yessssss, they were so good especially for us brits when we first arrive in Orlando and are all awake at 3am ready to go! Come on Disney bring those back!

Thank you! You should grab the cake from Walmart if you can, it’s good but I wouldn’t pay the $10+ for it from Disney springs!

Boring tec question, are you guys using lav mics for this trip? The vocal audio is on point.
Hey! Well noticed 😄 we have got Lav mics under our clothes, this video is more noticeable as it was fully shot on iPhones. Most of the series they were used as backup mics when the shotgun mic doesn’t pick us up well enough (I prefer the quality of the audio on the shotgun mic)
Gets us excited for our big trip next year in May doing 21 days family of 3, 8 year old daughter is very excited 🎉

If you haven’t done so already…You should go to Carlo’s bakery over in New Jersey…it’s sooo good. And some of Carlo’s family actually work at that one 😊
We went to the one in NYC and wanted to go over to the NJ one but never got to do it! Watched cake boss for years so hopefully will get there one day!
I remember extra extra magic hours. Knew time we went in to magic kingdom at midnight until 5am!
Was that the 24 hour one they did?

Does the carrot cake have sultanas or nuts in?? Love carrot cake but its rare not to have those in(except philps bakery yum yum)
It didn’t have them in! It was delicious 🤤
We thought the bubble bread was really greasy, and hardly got a hint of cinnamon. So disappointed! We must have got a bad batch!
Oh no what a shame, we had it three times in the end and each time was super fresh and light bread with a strong cinnamon sugar so it must have been a bad batch 😔 we had that happen with an awful churro and num num cookie though so I think the quality isn’t consistently there which is a shame…
How’s your son get on with his magic band? Does it fit ok?
We took the outside bit off to make it the kids size so fits him well. He likes it on for a little while but he does take it off and give it to us to hold for periods throughout the day.

We just couldn’t justify spending that amount and I’m so glad we didn’t because of how much we got done anyway! Cheddars is delish, definitely a must do for us now. I do wish I’d bought it but I had great will power at the start of the holiday!!! 😆
