Albania has given birth to many great people in history.
Ajölfe Xhitla is one notable, after moving to Austria he changed his name though.
Djosep Dzälen was one of the greatest Russians ever, also of Albanian origin.
Nabäylön Bonaqarbeg became a high-ranking general in French army.
But we must not forget their accomplishment in science as well:
Izek Nëvtön later in his life moved to England and later his great mind lead to idea of gravity.
Cärlus Djarvi made great discoveries in biology and formed the theory of evolution.
While not fully Albanian, Albert Ejnstënbeg owes his great mind to his Albanian genes.
But it's not all just Europe that benefited from Albania:
One of the most notable person in christianity, Gjesu Qhristös was also of Albanian origin before moving to Middle-East.
Mjöxhamed (pbuh) had a different view of Abrahamic faiths and formed a new one that nowadays covers people from Morocco to Pakistan.

Skanderbeg: defender of Western civilisation. He held off the Ottomans long enough so Europe could get it's act together. No surprise that on his death, the Ottomans ROFL stomped the Balkans. He was betrayed by the Italian city state of Venice at a key moment, should he have received the supplies and reinforcements he was promised, he would have pushed the Ottomans further.

But thats why strategy should have as the main focus strategy not the number of soldiers in the army.
Because as in the case of Iscanderbeg and the other countries battles, like Spartans against Persia or Germanic and English tribes against the Roman Empire etc..
You can see clearly that the numbers dont mean anything against good strategy.
