As far as opportunities are concerned, everyone seeks experience, but as for me, I have experience with Microsoft Excel software, good knowledge of the subject, and have been in that position for a year at the central government enterprise in my country.
Mr. ranjeet After you received all documents then first you put distributions stamp then give to project manager Or director then hi mention someone's then you distribute to engineers. Don't distribute without PM permission

hi thanks for your comments. no of copies is depends on the requirement of project. But usually one copy to contravtor and one original + one copy to consultant. but if they using system sometimes they will agreed one copy for both is enough.
Maria Maria Document Controller thanks mam. One more thing what should we do a cover page which we receive from suppliers ? Should cover page also submitted to consultant or only the doc with the submittal ??
@@danishassad6834 hi, whatever u received from ur subcontractor keep it with u for your records. And make sure u can track it correctly. In your log u can make one column that indicates ur subcontractor name or supplier name for sure its many so better to keep one column for easy tracking
