Hi thanks for your comments but i am sorry im not doing any drawings, draftsman are usually the one preparing a shop drawing and as per IFC drawings. It will come to me as submission with soft copies in PDF and CAD

Medyo confused lng ako maam ..I just have a question po regarding sa Pag ibig, may building plan and complete na po ang aming permits last 2017. and approved na din po kami for house construction kay Pag ibig this 2021. now po kasi pinapastart na namin ang construction, pero po pinabago po namin ung style and itchura ng bahay.. but same square meters po ang floor area. Pina.change lng namin into a Modern house ung look ng bahay maam pati design ng interior..ok lng po kaya yun kay Pag ibig Maam?

Hi chacha, As I asked with my colleague regarding your query, As Built Drawing to be prepared, signed and sealed by registered and licensed Architect. This will submitted to the office of the building official having jurisdiction of the project for completion permit and occupancy permit.
Hello ask ko po ano requirements if may bulding permit kami na naapply pero nag change kasi kami ng comtractor tapos nag as built plan kami, ano po kaya requirments para makapag apply ng permit to occupy? Thank you po
Hi salamat sa comment mo. Meron kaming gamit na electronic system name pm web. Pero gumawa ako ng manual log ko sa excel. Meron din naman log sa system pero mas nasanayan ng team namin mag trace sa manual log ko

Kung initial na bigay ni archi is original then may binago sya. Dapat ba libre na un kung hihingi kami as built?
