I like the Master bath as this customer chose, would want a linen cabinet if possible Infront of the shower entrance or should say across by not sure if that is possible.
It's a very nice house although it's too big for me. I like the big shower and the bigger laundry but, the way it's laid out is odd as there is no room for anything else even though there is more square footage in the laundry. If the W/D could be relocated to wall opposite the laundry door going to the outside and maybe counters with a deep sink next to the door, then it would make use of the extra space but, as is, it's just a waste. Or flip the W/D next to the door with a sink counter across the room.
I would want the big shower but don't want the bathroom to lose space, I liked the toilet somewhat hidden plus possibly the other things mentioned in your other Walk through video with the Barn Red model. You mentioned site, I'm curious do have sites ready for sale or have a good source for them? I'm making the assumption that you can add AA garage to these homes, is that something you also can build/order from the factory?

We depend on the customer to have the land at least picked out. We do not have any land at this moment.
Garages can be added to any plan!
