Don't ever lose your sense of humor,! That's one of the main reasons I watch your videos, been watching for about 2 years, beautiful home, a little too big for me , but none the less still awesome,!
I like the out of the ordinary floor plan. I would add another bathroom on the 2nd floor, a bedroom, and large retreat area - maybe a library/sitting room. Thanks Chance for the videos!
Mother in laws suite. Yes!!!! This could be a great home for growing families. It a forever home. Why would you need a first home, when you can have a forever home. It can change and grow as opportunity allows.
I love your tours and the variety of homes you show. This one is nice and may be exactly what someone needs, but just not my cup of tea. God bless you, Chance.
Chance, i usually love everything you show us. So thank you for all you do!😊 My husband and i really didn't like this one. I would make the area between the living/ dining/kitchen into one big room. It felt too closed in compared to others you have shown us. We did really like the possibilities of the 2nd floor. That was cool.
This home is from my hometown city😮 LAURINBURG NC IN THE HOUSE. didn't expect that 🤣. Love your channel tyfs all your wonderful finds of many many beautiful homes. 💜😊
Ooof honestly for a modular, I not expecting $300’s. However, I will say growing up in modulars pretty much my entire life, this really is a beautiful upgrade and I think it’s stunning. I love the unfinished space upstairs and that leads to so many options, thus increasing the value.
Chance?? This is a very interesting House!!!Spacious and Roomy!! You can have many parties and great fun!! Really Impressive!! Like the kitchen also!! Thank You!!
I think I would change the built in microwave to a hood vent type over the stove and make that a coffee station with open shelves. Also, I like the two closets in the master (on the floorplan)
Base alone, this was not terrible, just needs some finishing Touches! I'd say simply add that Wheeled island, for some extra counter Space, maybe a Hutch/China Cabinet in the Dining area to free up Space in the Kitchen from that lack of Pantry, those fancy Corner Electric fire places for the great room to throw your tv on, or similar for the Family room, though knowing my Family, That's a Library lol, wall of Walmart Bookshelves. Only real complaint I have is that Water heater could've easily had a door in the Hallway, now if any damage or work needs doing you gotta dig through that one's bedroom. The upstairs would be an extra bathroom, maybe 2 extra rooms and an Office, hell since it's modular the basement would easily be an extra couple rooms and family/den space, maybe an extra bathroom? Lol base as shown was kinda plain but easily remedied with an Ikea trip lol.
Me and my wife love everything you do as well as we are looking at potential homes. But this house was instantly horrible as soon as the door opened. We actually love Champion homes we stay 20mins from Lillington NC In a small town called Linden in between Fayetteville and Dunn. We tour their lot maybe once every 4 months and this home was not there last time. But I'm glad you saved me the time on this one. It looks like a blind person did the floorplans.
As always, love the variety of the homes you tour. This is a beautiful home. Love the outside. Lots of possibilities on the inside. Not a big fan of the layout here though. In a house that size, the kitchen needs to blow me away. But still a great place.
No big trucks no modulars. Spent a few years on a set crew 20+ years in residential construction finish mostly. Looking into a modular to replace a '74 mobile home in a water front community on a residential lot.
Did you all notice the drawing showing a smaller bar area with a second WIC taking that bar space in the master? That is a must have feature right there! This is really nice! Decent room sizes. Wonder if you could remove some of the left over structure in the attic area. Some is from the modular nature. Master could be upstairs if you don't mind narrowness but lots of space for a couple kids bedrooms, office and a game area. Really no badly designed areas or oddness. Thanks Chance!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I would probably finish the upstairs out with a couple more bedrooms and a bathroom. You could have a multi generations of a home there. My favorite part is the master bathroom with a separate tub. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤
Loving the detailing inside. The icing on the cake must be how adaptable the layout is for housemate situations, all that would really be necessary is to convert the second bath to a compartmentalized bathroom that's easier for several adults to share, or better yet, have ensuite baths. There's plenty of space within the main level alone for everyone to have plenty of privacy. The spot under the stairs is where the basement stairs would go if a basement is practical in the area. Possibilities for the garret include two bedrooms, one or two extra baths and a game room. Alternatively, 3 more bedrooms and 2 or 3 baths could be placed upstairs. If it's expanded to a five or six bedroom home, this abode could be a great rooming house, supported independent living, lovely B&B, group home, etc. At an estimated $560,000 to $800,000 (to make the changes above and include delivery, site prep, etc), and assuming 6 people are to live there, the minimum income to afford this would be $23,300 per person.
Separated front rooms, nice sized kitchen and laundry room. Lots of super nice windows, huge rooms........I was loving it............UNTIL..... I saw those fugly floor vents!!!!! Killed another gorgeous home completely dead for me.
You could do a rental apartment on the second floor! Or a mother-in-law suite. Whatever, I would need more finishing done so that you can't see the sun through the walls. I like this floor plan, it just needs furniture to make it make sense.
I like the kitchen being a separate room, not totally open but closed in feeling. Utility room appears to have space for a freezer. Great plus for me,,! Don't like the freestanding tub and I would like to have shower wands for all bathrooms, really love this home, Inside and out. 2. Level is large enough for a convenience apartment perhaps
We are a family that actually eats at the dining table rather than an island so this works. It seems like we are suppose to use the laundry room for a pantry. That's not enough cool space for us unless we can place on a basement. It's nice other than that
OMG🤔😳 Beautiful, I know is not done but I just love to enter a home and feel I can get lost in it. I can go exploring with out steping out of the house,...and them attics, even if they are undone, they are amazing with them big'll windondos,...WEEENDOWS is what I NEED, lol, so my home don't make me feel trap later on diwn the road. So if the weather is ugly outside but I can still look out staing inside but I still can have a large view outside,...windos soo important. I love the fact that the "Kitchen IS NOT VISIBLE as you inter the home. Why should visiters see your kitchen?... I like keeping that privet, even thought I would like to show off my home, I still like to keep my kitchen private. The outside and inside entrance of a home is soo important. Keeping at least a half bathroom near the entrance could be good, if an unwanted guest should need to use a restroom, he/she don't have to go any further to use it, and them not looking through rooms on their way looking for it. Sorry to be this way, lol. Just three things I don't personally like but that I know could be changed to my liking is 1) the carpet, they high maintenance and dust Collectors, and that alone can be stressfull. 2) White wall, thought that color is everyones main choice, it makes it look unfinished and waiting for the color paint or wallpaper,. Also, white shiw the stains on it a little too fast, having to clean them way too often, specially having kids. I do love the playing room though, makes me want to be a kid again and play there. 3) The sharp edges of the tub, and its hose, they are sure beautiful, but it seams there would be alot of water spilling while showering, and you know, insurance say that most accidents in the home are in the shower. Having sharp edges in the tub,...mmmm🤔I don't know. I hope the floors and walls are water proof on that one. Over all I give it an 85%🤔😳😍🤩Beautiful!! Thank you for your videos, they help alot. I am looking for my dream home, and I'm definitely dreaming, and I heard, the bigger the dream the better 🙏 I'll visit your next tripped wide. Also, It helps to get an idea what would something like this cost.
I agree. The layout was choppy and not enough good use of the space for as much square footage as it had. Besides no island or pantry, there was no foyer or fireplace. The dining room looked larger than the living room and maybe they should’ve been reversed so the French doors would’ve led from the dining room to a back porch, instead of from the living room. Then, there was that huge bonus room in a strange location too. It seemed sort of thrown together w/out much thought. Overall, I thought it was a sterile and uninviting home. Not my style at all. So, I agree with this comment, plus I ended up having more than my share to add to it….Didn’t mean to get so carried away 😮
I agree. I have a 6 bedroom 1999 manufactured home. All bedrooms are good sized. We have a big dining room and a morning room. Who needs two dining spots. Our morning room is what we used as a computer room attached to the living room. My 8 kids are all grown now.
I would make the top level a large master suite for myself…. Or Put my to boys upstairs and let each boy have a section for there bed and another area for a game room and have my girls down stairs.
I have twins living with me. Even if you get them each identical things they still end up fighting and I do mean fighting over them. I should just break down and buy myself a striped shirt and a whistle. I would turn the upstairs into a sewing/quilting room, an office/library and bathroom and guest room.
Nice kitchen but Needs a pantry, love that it has a separate dining room but they need to put in a pantry and relocate the Water heater so maybe take a little room from the dining room.
One thing I hate is water heater in a bedroom closet like that’s a terrible place to put a water heater it should always be in the laundry room but other then that not a bad house
I had high expectations after seeing the outside .. it certainly is roomy, lots of space, but sadly there's no wow factor, no pizzazz. It's just functional. Nice home, but there are a lot of changes I’d make in that home for sure. There is no pantry or island, kitchen is too choppy, laundry room could be bigger. Not a big fan of a wet bar in the rec room where children are playing, plus it’s too close to the living room, love the big dining room ( I have a large family), all in all, there are so many things I’d change.
Very strange that the dining room is larger than the kitchen & bedrooms...choppy blocked off layout makes the home smaller than the square footage. Whoever designed this at Champion needs to be fired 😂😂
Don't ever lose your sense of humor,! That's one of the main reasons I watch your videos, been watching for about 2 years, beautiful home, a little too big for me , but none the less still awesome,!
I like the way this is set up so it doesn't look like a rectangle from the outside.
Wassup Chance?! Just needs a walk in pantry and a fireplace.
North Carolina Loves You !!! Your videos are top tier :)
I like the out of the ordinary floor plan. I would add another bathroom on the 2nd floor, a bedroom, and large retreat area - maybe a library/sitting room. Thanks Chance for the videos!
I prefer the room dimensions as apposed to the square footage. Beautiful home!
It would look really nice on a basement 😊
Mother in laws suite. Yes!!!! This could be a great home for growing families. It a forever home. Why would you need a first home, when you can have a forever home. It can change and grow as opportunity allows.
I love your tours and the variety of homes you show. This one is nice and may be exactly what someone needs, but just not my cup of tea. God bless you, Chance.
I grew up in Laurinburg!! I was shocked to see you tour a home made in my hometown!! May The God continue to bless you and your family 😊
This home had so much potential but the floor plan just is a huge mess
Wow it’s beautiful!
What a HUGE House!! I LOVE that tile shower.
Chance, i usually love everything you show us. So thank you for all you do!😊 My husband and i really didn't like this one. I would make the area between the living/ dining/kitchen into one big room. Very attractive exterior, Chance. It has a great laundry and dining room. The unfinished area really stretches the imagination.
Glad you like it!
Love the stand alone tub. Like the diagonal layout in the kitchen
Thanks!
I like this Guy!!! 😊😊
Traveling through my neck of the woods in NC! Love it!
This home is from my hometown city😮 LAURINBURG NC IN THE HOUSE. didn't expect that 🤣. Love your channel tyfs all your wonderful finds of many many beautiful homes. 💜😊
Awesome! Thank you!
If it could be done, the doorway under the stairs would be a good spot to lead to a basement.
Wow gorgeous
This is a really nice house. I love the space and the floor plan.
Beautiful home with no wasted space!
Really like the layout. Lovely home. Great tour. Have a blessed day!
I'm watching from the TV with my friend
lovely house

Love the outside and how solid this home feels. Guest rooms are nice sized. Of course, not in my price range, but I enjoyed the tour.
Kitchen is very nice the home is preety
Thanks for watching!
That's beautiful. I really like this layout. That's a winner for me!

Lol 😝 the boat was probably heading to the coast Chamce You go by kimston to get to the beach
You were 5 minutes from our house! I wish we had known you were here! We would have liked to meet you!

Yes I ❤ this one
Side doors would be nice on more models in utilitie room ( maybe get some modular garages😁
Def not coveting that home. But thank you, Chance!

Just beautiful house love layout awesome love colors house love Kitchen thanks for sharing God bless everyone ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ 😊😊😊
The master bedroom didn’t seem very big. I did love the large upstairs area.
Happy Thursday Chance
Beautiful layout looks More like a traditional American home other then a Mississippi shotgun house😂
On the second level you can put a nice size bedroom and a nice size bathroom up there
Stunning 😍
Thanks for the tour, Chance ! 👍
That little room by the black cupboards, I'm thinking basement stairway if you have a basement put under your house.
I love it
Separated front rooms, nice sized kitchen and laundry room. Lots of super nice windows, huge rooms........I was loving it............UNTIL.....

Ooops… you know I like a clean house!!🤪
This looks awesome. I want to put one on some acreage here in Arizona, but you probably don’t build out here.
They need to redesign the master bathroom
I'd have to add a fireplace or something to the living room. That and the bedrooms are super plain. It has potential though!
Love the house! But could you go back to describing in linear ft instead of SQFT?
We are a family that actually eats at the dining table rather than an island so this works. It seems like we are suppose to use the laundry room for a pantry. That's not enough cool space for us unless we can place on a basement. It's nice other than that
I would definitely move the master bedroom and bathroom up to the upstairs because it's way too close to the other rooms
That place is sweet , but some fitment issues on the siding

I'll visit your next tripped wide.
Also, It helps to get an idea what would something like this cost.
@Chance how long will you be there I m heading there tomorrow wouldn't mind meeting you I ve follow you and your show for years
I say through a wall up and turn that 2nd living space into an extra room definitely get rid of that out of place faucet
Office upstairs and. Man cave😊
Yeah, no for me. The layout is chopped up. Why such a large dining room, and no island in the kitchen, or pantry?
It makes sense if you're to have multiple people living in that house, especially if you have it as a five bedroom home.
I agree. The layout was choppy and not enough good use of the space for as much square footage as it had. Besides no island or pantry, there was no foyer or fireplace. I didn’t see a light in the dinner room either
How about there being carpet, straight up to the main entry door?
Shout out to Kinston North Carolina
Are there any modular home plans that have an entryway and some exterior design more than a rectangular box with windows?
I would make the top level a large master suite for myself….
Or
Put my to boys upstairs and let each boy have a section for there bed and another area for a game room and have my girls down stairs.
Great idea!
I prefer separate rooms as opposed to one big open area with everything crammed in the one space
It's strange I'm used to you putting up the dimensions instead of square feet
I know, I had to do a little bit of math to figure out what the size might be !
And all this time I understood there would be no math !!
@dalegereaux1863 the dimensions could vary with any square footage...thats why actual dimensions are better
@@pmg-1
Agreed !
Can they finish the upstairs?
I have twins living with me. Even if you get them each identical things they still end up fighting and I do mean fighting over them. I should just break down and buy myself a striped shirt and a whistle. I would turn the upstairs into a sewing/quilting room, an office/library and bathroom and guest room.
Nice kitchen but Needs a pantry, love that it has a separate dining room but they need to put in a pantry and relocate the Water heater so maybe take a little room from the dining room.
I think the pantry was the room behind the laundry room with the sink. Just didn’t have shelves.
One thing I hate is water heater in a bedroom closet like that’s a terrible place to put a water heater it should always be in the laundry room but other then that not a bad house
You sound fine. Always try to watch. Nice.....too big for me . Young family would probably like it. Blessings
Heyyyyy Mr. Chance why does this house seem so familiar? I know I’ve seen you show a house with the same floor plan unfinished upstairs before 🤷🏽♀️
I had high expectations after seeing the outside .. it certainly is roomy, lots of space, but sadly there's no wow factor, no pizzazz. It's just functional. The upstairs has a lot of potential, i just really didn't care for the downstairs.., didn't really like the kitchen layout. Maybe if it was staged, i tried to imagine it furnished. Definitely want the laminate floors throughout, no carpet. Maybe some color would also help, the black and white just added to the blandness. No worries tho, can't win em all! ♥️
GOD BLESS YOU 🙏 🙌 ❤️
SE MICHIGAN 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
None of the two story modulars you show are finished. Would love to see what they would do to finish the second story
❤Love that attic! But the rest is a no. 😔Way too choppy!
Don't like walking past the toilet to go in the closet
Chance, first of all, it would need an experienced crew to set it up . Front steps are not the correct width. I think the exterior walls are of 2×6 Studs but I couldn't be sure , definitely a home for a family to grow into !
Chance, I love you, man but I not a fan of the new measurements on screen. i need feet x feet. The square foot thing makes me have to think.
On the house the bedroom section was great, wouldn't really change anything. But the main part of the house, kitchen, dining and living room need some reconfiguring take some room from the dining room and add it to the kitchen and add a walk in pantry and an island. I think it could be a real winner.
Instead of a livingroom, id opt for a 4th bdrm.
The wow factor was definitely missing on this one. It’s big but there’s no office, no pantry, and laundry area is chopped up and small.
Not a fan of that one. Why was there a sink in that random room?
I think the living room & dining room should be switched. There is a lot of wasted space near the front door, I'm not sure about this one 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
The carpet and to many walls, instead of a more open floorplan, would be a deal breaker for me....great potential though.
Really nice but no pantry, no coat closet and floor vents.
First comment
I like this home but i would switch the dinning snd lingroom.around to oppisite areas. Love the large kitchen area, microwave about the stove not that hood ,i like the laundry ares, i love the winfow blinds no string ro pull up and down ,dont like that sink and counter there people get messy, love the bedroom sizes and the msin bedroom and bath are grest sizes ,i think the tub is bilut for small size people i would rather have a larger seit in tube to sit down in easier .loft i would have it ad the main bedroom and main bat and a sitting room
A "quad"-wide, that doesn't look like a "quad"-wide
Not quad wide
4 sections like
1\4×4
Nice home, but there are a lot of changes I’d make in that home for sure. There is no pantry or island, kitchen is too choppy, laundry room could be bigger.
Not a big fan of a wet bar in the rec room where children are playing, plus it’s too close to the living room, love the big dining room ( I have a large family), all in all, there are so many things I’d change.
Kinston is not that far from me
Very strange that the dining room is larger than the kitchen & bedrooms...choppy blocked off layout makes the home smaller than the square footage. Whoever designed this at Champion needs to be fired 😂😂
